I have been coming here for a while but this last time my brows were done by someone I haven't seen in here before. I am disappointed because my right eyebrow doesn't even look arched or like it was threaded. The arch or cleanup is not neat like it usually is. I had another appointment so I wasn't able to return to let them know I didn't like them and the wait time was longer than normal when we got there. The lashes on one eye curled so much that it looked damaged, which she agreed and said to give it a few weeks to relax and also offered to refund me the $30. However, after now 6 weeks, I realized that my lashes are damaged for good and she is not responding to my texts. I have no choice but to put in a complaint with TDLR. read more

Do not let these women touch your beard. Every time I've gotten my eye brows waxed I've had them wax the upper part of my beard (it's never turned out that great) and on 05/31 the tech waxed too much off the left side of my beard, and when I told her that both sides were uneven, she proceeded to remove more beard from both sides of my face. I was shocked at the final result and went straight home to shave my beard. When I voiced my concerns with the service, they proceeded to charge me full price and not offer an apology. I will never be returning and advise other men to seek out a different salon to have your beard serviced. read more

After going to the same place for almost two years, most recently they started making my brows thinner ): after growing them out during Covid (everything was closed anyways) I took my last chance with them and they made my brows thin AGAIN. I grew my brows out again and was afraid to go anywhere else but then I took a chance with this spot after seeing good reviews and I was like "oh well whatever happens happens" I had the owner (Sita? sorry if I misspelled your name!!) help me out and I voiced my concerns about the previous bad experience I had and how I was hesitant going there today and she took amazing care of me and made sure I liked how my brows were turning out. I'm new to the area and needed to find a place to get my eyebrows done. I was going to go to Anastasia at Nordstrom since the lady who I used to go to got her training from there. But I didn't want to wait for my appointment date and also wanted to find somewhere closer to the area. I got a same-day appointment here and emphasized that I didn't want too much hair taken off as I'm still growing out and filling in my eyebrows. I was anxious as I'm used to a bit more communication before and during the process. I was in the chair for above five minutes while the lady threaded my eyebrows and plucked maybe a couple afterwards, and when she handed me the mirror I was nervous to check. But she did a great job with keeping the shape and cleaning them up and days later I'm still happy with them. As I'm used to paying $30, I thought the $10 price was a steal! Came here for a wax, specifically I requested Sita based off of her great reviews. Now I will say that regardless of what I'm about to say, she did do a good job waxing my legs and under arms. Under arms went well. She wanted someone else to do my legs, it seemed busy but I asked for her anyway and that seemed to frustrate her. Anyway she started doing my legs and it was fast plus it hurt...it's never hurt for my legs to be waxed. Then I turned over and I will say I have some acne on the back up my upper thighs...not something anyone WOULDN'T be self conscious about. She then proceeds to say "What happened to the back of your leg? We have sugar scrubs that'll help all this acne". I'm sorry but in my opinion that is incredibly unprofessional. I don't care who you are or what you do it is NEVER okay to comment on a woman's body. Especially if you're pointing out her flaws. I was mortified. I have been getting my legs waxed by my eyebrow lady for 17 years and not once has she made me feel insecure and embarrassed. Really sad to say I wanted to try this place and although it was a successful wax, I left feeling ashamed about my body and no woman should ever feel like that. I hope this can be a learning experience for her, but regardless I will never return or recommend to anyone. read more

The quality of salon went down. I've been going here for over 4 years. Every time I get anyone other than Sita I end up having to grow my brows back. I take my husband with me for threading as well. The women went from applying a eyebrow she dropped the applicator one the floor picked it up and used it on her clients face again. Then went to my husband and didn't sanitize her hands prior threaded his brow and left so much hair still (shown in photo). I'm only leaving a review because my eyebrows didn't recover still. I cried that day when I left the salon because the women did my brows so uneven. I didn't even want to go outside after because I was embarrassed. I was also so frustrated that my husband didn't tell his stylist, why she left so much hair we paid for basically nothing. I even texted the owner personally to let her know because I've been a client for so long. I've never complained or had uneven brows prior. Certainly never left in tears. Her new stylist blamed my eyes but she over threaded them, now I suffer growing them back. They couldn't even even clean up basic man eyebrows I took this picture to show him how much they missed to try to convince him to go back inside but he wouldn't because he's shy and I was mad about my eyebrows.
