A few weeks ago I was in for eyebrow threading and ended up getting a full face wax as well. It was my first time doing so and was very nervous because I have a lot peach fuss and my hair tends to be coarse. Well let me tell you, I barely felt it! My skin feels amazing, no breakouts whatsoever and my makeup just goes on so much more smoothly. Seriously the best. I've never not had a great experience here. My eyebrows look clean and refined (not too thin, shaped perfectly), the shop is very clean, the price is extremely reasonable, and the ladies take such care to make their clients feel comfortable and relaxed. I mean I know threading isn't typically billed as a relaxing experience but when they massage that soothing stuff on your brows when you're done...it's just lovely. Called and was told to walk right in. I got there, for my first ever threading, and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Sitah (spelling) was SO nice, had such a calming presence, and did an incredible job. It was super clean and inexpensive. The fact that it barely hurt at all blows my mind. Sita is an extremely nice and understanding person, I had scheduled about three days before today for an 11am eyebrow threading appointment but last second couldn't come until 1pm so I booked for one and emailed her to let her know I'd be coming for 1 not 11. I left at 12:20 to get there early and followed the address the reminder email sent me and it took me to a car dealer ship across from the roundrock outlets. My appointment was in 5 minutes and I couldn't find her building so I called and let her know what was up, she calmly apologized and directed me to the right adresss and even said I could come in the next 30 minutes with no problem. I get there and within 4 minutes I walked out with thick clean eyebrows (as per request that she followed very well). Will come back!!! read more

Sita was great! The location is nice, there is a receptionist at the front who is nice and gets you to her. It was very clean and relaxing. She did a great job on my eyebrows, i have naturally thick brows that i want to keep thick just clean cut and sharp and she did just that! Honestly the least painful place ive been i barely noticed she was doing it, if you go somewhere where it hurts bad you are at a bad place! She prepped my brows, threaded them, and then gave me a nice little face rub afterwards it was so relaxing! Im going back for sure! oh and she gave me her business card and on it was a get your 7th brow free!! read more

If you are going for threading, Sita does a great job. I've never had this done before and I was pleased with how low the pain was and how thorough she was. I bought a Groupon that included waxing. OMG! I have never experienced such pain. Sita uses short strokes for removal and the pain was so severe I couldn't catch my breath at one point. I ended up leaving before she could finish the full Brazilian. I bought 2 sessions, but will not return. I will go back to my regular wax spa. read more

I was having issues with having my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and ending up with pimples from it. A friend suggested threading and now that I've tried it I never want to wax again. I love Sita, she is fast and professional. I had my eyebrows, upper lip and chin done the first time I went to her and, although it hurt in certain places during the procedure (ooh mama around the edge of my lip!!!), it was the most thorough and smoothest I have ever had it and I had no breakout issues or long lasting redness or swelling afterwards. She even offered me a sample of cream to help with my existing acne. I paid less than the cost of waxing and she offers many other services. I was going regularly, every ten days, but just had to leave Austin and I miss Sita!!!! read more

Worst experience ever. I visited this spot on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 anxious to try since the reviews were so positive. The technician needs more training ASAP. She completely butchered my eyebrows and had the audacity to keep huffing and sighing when I repeatedly pointed out to her the mishaps and mistakes she kept repeating as if her incompetence was MY fault. No clean shape, no clean lines, no arch just mismatched eyebrows!! I was so furious because I was leaving to go out of town in just a few hours. Even worse, she knew how horrible her "work" was and never offered an apology or any type of fair compensation. She had a stank attitude along with her pathetic attempt to provide a milligram of decent service. The shop was empty so it wasn't that she was occupied or overly busy, she was just a complete and total waste of time and money. She didn't deserve 10 cents. I'm glad other customers had great experiences but I had trash instead of an artistic technician. read more

I bought a Groupon for Wow Eyebrows. I kept holding on to it for a special occasion. I called on a whim on early NYE day to see if she could squeeze me. I got lucky and she did. This was poor planning on my part because I probably shouldn't have gotten my entire face threaded before my husband and I took photos for our baby announcement but oh well. I learned. Wow Eyebrows is located in one of those salon places where everyone has their own little space. I was greeted by the reception and she showed me to her space where there was seating outside the door. She was finishing up and greeted me when it was my turn. The lighting was nice and bright. The space was clean and she was very thorough. I've been keeping up with tweezers and haven't been back yet. It's been three months now and I think I need to make an appointment. She gave me her card when I left and said that I can scheduled online. Whew. That's amazing. I cant't wait to go back and get pretty again. read more
