Very easy to get some eyebrows threaded for $12. I didn't have to wait long and check in and out was a breeze.

Finally was able to get my messy eyebrows cleaned as covid has kept majority of the places closed! This little spot is located in the outlet mall, was a bit hard to find at first but the directory will help you locate. I went right when the place opened first thing in the morning and was seen right away. The woman was nice and the way she threaded wasn't painful at all. But the end result wasn't that great to be honest. The top of my brows weren't straight and had a bunch of random strays which she had fixed after I asked her to. I still went home and plucked the rest of the strays to get a more precise shape that I wanted. It is a bit expensive here as well with $12 for the threading of eyebrows only, not including the tip. She didn't use the soothing gel afterwards either. 3 stars. read more

Today was my second time getting threaded by Anjul(spelling?). I am not going to lie, I did not have a good experience the last time I went and was threaded by Anjul. When I walked in (3/11/17) she was being trained on the register so I figured she must be new. She threaded my eyebrows then went straight to the register. My eyebrow hairs were not brushed off and she did not apply any cream at all. I looked around to see if I was being punked by MTV...nope! Since she went to ring me up without the standard after thread care, I stayed in the mirror trying to dust off all the hair all over my face. Today (4/3/17), I noticed she was working when I walked by. There was a customer in there getting threaded. I came back since I knew I had to get threaded today. She did a good job today. She cleaned up the hairs and put the cream on. Thank you Anjul. I am glad I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried her again. I also uploaded their phone number since the many times I have been in here they don't know the number to the store. They just knew the Lakeline Mall info. Kind of annoyed with this place. Every time I go in I try to explain what I am trying to achieve with my eyebrows and they always mess it up. This is the third time now and I don't think I'm going back. They don't listen to what shape I am going for, so now I have to start back over and let my eyebrows grow out again and go to someone who will pay attention to what I'm saying instead of just doing whatever they think looks good. They do a good job for just cleaning up if you aren't particular in your eyebrow shape, other than that not a place that actually cares about what you want. read more

Great place to get brows done! I got eyebrow threading and a lip wax by Anita. She was kind and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back. This is an outlet mall location, so there is a bit of walking but not much if you park in the right spot. I would suggest parking on the back side of the outlet mall - closest to the entrance (walkway) between Tommy Hilfiger and Puma. Take a right and the brow shop is right after Victoria's Secret. read more

Overall my eyebrows are cleaned up but I'm really upset that I told the girl to not to separate my eyebrows too much because I've been working on growing my eyebrows in right there and what did she do, she removed it. And she made them slightly uneven. Super angry w that. Yeah I know brows aren't twins but damn they're not distant cousins either!! She didn't even trim my hairs. I have very thick hairs so everything any mess up is very noticeable. I'm also very picky with my brows. I just moved from out of state and I'm looking for my new spot. Def won't be this place. I have been to the Browz and Henna at Lakeline Mall. When I was Christmas shopping, I was surprised and excited to this place at the outlet mall. I was due for a face thread so I popped in. There was no on there was I was able to get into a chair quickly. The lady threaded my face did a great job. I was so surprised at how much more light there was in this space compared to at Lakeline. That always bothered me. This is a nice, modern, clean looking spot. They sell Aveda products and another kind. My second visit was a few weeks ago. I walked in and there was someone else being threaded. I took a seat and waited. This time the lady that threaded my face did an excellent job. She asked me questions about how I wanted certain spots threaded. No one has ever asked me these questions. She gave me some tips and explained why she was threaded spots the way she was. Very helpful and it made sense. We had a really nice conversation. I think she was a manager or owner. My face so hairless and it looked great. The best part was when she did a cool face pack after which definitely helped with the redness and swelling that happens after I have had all the hair removed from my face. It also had some Aveda product that worked great and smelled so soothing. So happy that this is at the outlet. This is a much closer location, the ladies are so nice and do an amazing job. I have been considering getting into Aveda products again. If I so choose to indulge I will be getting it from them. read more

I had received a gift card here, so decided to stop by one afternoon. I got my eyebrows threaded and noticed that they sold Aveda hair products. I was going to use the leftover money on the card to use towards a hair product I wanted to get. The lady who worked there informed me that gift cards were for brow services only, not any merchandise in the store. I could not believe that. A gift card is a gift card! Plus, the card did not state anything about any restrictions. But to her credit, she did do an adequate job on my eyebrows. read more

I spent a long time growing my eyebrows. They were full and shaped the way I wanted them. I came in just for a simple clean up around the edges and a trim. But now most of my eyebrows is gone and it's pencil thin. Worst eyebrows threading ever. They have no understanding of eyebrows shaping at all! read more
