They finally said they would call me back; they did not. As far as my spotty service, they can have someone come out AGAIN. But they won't have anyone available for service until mid-November......Unbelievable. Unfortunately, I know Comcast is almost as bad. Maybe I will try AT&T again. I called the police as none of them were in uniform and they were walking around my house uninvited. Plus there were no work vans around the house to identify them. They claimed to be working on another outage for wow cable in the area. So here is an idea have your service tech's in a uniform, not a dark hoodie pulled up over their head. Plus park a service truck nearby. I called after finding out it was them. I wanted to address my concerns and I was left on the automated message.
