This is the worst experience Ive ever had at an ATT Company store. I took the time to make an…read moreappointment online for 2p today. I arrived 5-10 minutes early. The sign in kiosk at the front door didnt work and there was no note on the screen indicating it was out of order. The staff didnt seem very busy. There were few customers in the store. I went to the back service counter but no one was manning it. While I waited a young woman came out with a rattail comb sticking up in her hair!!! She glanc3d at me but kept walking. Finally a man came from behind the door and said 'someone' would be with me soon. I indicated that I had a 2p appointment and attempted to show him my confirmation received on my phone. He brushed past me and said he didnt need to see it. After sitting a while I asked if it would be ok for me to look at the new phones on display. He said ok. After about 10 minutes I sat back down in the waiting area. No one ever offered service to me even though I was there to get a new phone. Frustrated, I finally left and cancelled my appointment. I'd waited long enough even though I had an appointment. It was unfriendly, disorganized, and aloof. I wont be going back to this location even though we've been customers for many years. A smile and a better attitude would have been nice.

They are extremely knowledgeable and explained all the options available. I was then offered the best price on the set i choose. On the day of delivery, Mark and his team arrived on time and began by removing the old set, which was a monster. They then installed the new set and took the extra time to assure everything was working as I hoped it would. They were courteous and professional. I've returned to Totan's whenever I have entertainment needs and will continue to do so in the future! 5 STARS

Days prior to the job, Bhavesh personally came out to walk through each detail of the project patiently, assisting me with which products to buy and more importantly, which to stay away from. While the home had its own structural road blocks, the team seamlessly came up with solutions to make everything work and look exactly as we planned. Even though it required more of their time, they were priced extremely fairly for the amount of professional work they put in. I have a brand new SAMSUNG TV which needed an attic antenna to get more stations. Eric came back to my home and admitted he DID NOT Know how to fix the problem.
