On top of that, she even made sure to verify if I still needed their help and worked to get me into an earlier time slot that had just become available. Their customer service is absolutely first rate. Jason is knowledgeable and took the time to ensure the job was done correctly, especially since my issue was less common. The job was done quickly and at a very fair price. I can say I'm very happy to have a working dryer again before the stay at home order goes into effect. I was also happy to learn that both installed parts and labor would be covered under a one year warranty as well. If I have any appliance issues Appliance Magic will be my first call. So after received an email stating that my gaming computer was ready to be picked up I arrived the gentleman at the Geek Squad stated I did not owe a balance for anything I repeated myself three different times and the gentleman said I did not OWE anything due to me being a total protect member. After leaving the store I received a phone call with voice mail a gentleman stating I did owe a balance he forgot to tell the gentleman I owed a balance. I do NOT think this is right to have me come back to the store when the other gentleman stated I did not OWE anything since being a total protect member. To me, This is not a good way to represent a multi million dollar company and how they handle their business with customers. Bad practice it seems like to me.

I had to sign up to get help from a sales associate and was told I was in a queue, even though no one was actually waiting. When the associate finally came by, he quietly said a few names instead of clearly identifying who he was there to help. I had already explained exactly what I was looking for to the person who signed me up, and they said they added notes for the associate. However, the associate acted like he had no idea what I needed and just pulled up the website to check inventory something I had already done myself. While he was "helping" me, he stopped to assist a random female who walked into the store, which felt frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the process felt unnecessary, unorganized, and like a waste of time. I expected better service.

After examining the dryer he told me it was the heating element and quoted me over $500 to fix. Since that is more than what I paid for the dryer I declined. I later learned that someone I was acquainted with works in appliance repairs and he came to look at it today. 20 minutes later my dryer was working. It was not the heating element as I'd been led to believe. So I paid $109 for an incorrect diagnosis and went for a month with no dryer went it was really a simple fix. Bottom line is they obviously don't really know what they are doing or are just lazy. Never again! if I could the rating would be zero.
