These guys weren't good . . . they were GREAT. Probably the best service I've received from a company in my 40+ years on this planet. These guys were pro's pros. I couldn't believe it. I bought a large safe from them. I also had an older smaller safe that wasn't working and needed to be moved. The only problem is that it weighed 450 pounds. They somehow got the old one on top of the new one in less than 15 minutes. The old safe must have gotten bumped during my move, so the combo didn't work. They got the combination to work in less than 5 minutes. Then they reset the safe so the combination works smoothly again. That took less than 5 minutes. Then they trained me how to use the new safe. That took less than 5 minutes. In total they completed the job in less than 30 minutes, and I thought it might take hours. The best part was that they didn't charge me a single penny for moving or fixing the old safe. read more

We called Wrangler Safe & Lock to see if they would be able to move a large safe for us from our garage to our basement. I was pretty impressed from the minute they answered the phone. The person was friendly and professional and answered all my immediate questions. They were able to come out and service our call that day, as a matter of fact they were at our house within two hours. This safe was about 700 lbs and there was no way I was going to be able to do it myself. I believe the gentlemen who came out was Mike. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. They used a state of the art machine that crawled the safe to the basement without any incidents. My wife was very happy also, because we just had new hard wood floors installed two days before, no damage. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants; good customer service, honest, friendly, and professional. I can't say enough good things about this local family owned shop. I was shopping for a new safe and stopped in to ask them some questions. Both Mike and his son were super helpful in answering my questions and are extremely knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I've actually emailed Mike a few times since then with questions and he has been gracious enough to call me up and explain things ... you just don't run into service like that any more.
