Tint was installed on my vehicle on 12/11/25. Immediately after pickup, the vehicle was dead, had to be jump-started at the shop, and displayed warning lights. The vehicle had no prior electrical or battery issues. Porsche-authorized technicians later evaluated the vehicle and confirmed the damage was directly caused by the tint service. Repair and related costs totaled $3,878.92. I attempted to resolve this directly, sent a certified demand letter that was delivered, and received no response. Awful, awful, awful workmanship and even worse communication. Paid for the highest end wrap they offer. First, after almost a week with my car, he called to tell me they had wrapped it in the wrong color. He asked if I'd be interested in keeping it, and when I said no, he said he'd remove it and redo it. After another week without my car, I asked for progress. Getting updates was like pulling teeth. Then I went to pick it up and it looked so bad. Christian was supposed to remove the doors and wrap behind the hinges and he failed to do so. The wrap was peeling off in the back, the gray was exposed under the bumper. He didn't even bother to take he bumper off so when I went to put on a new bumper (which he knew I was doing), the old car color is fully exposed in the back--about 2 feet long and 10 inches tall of exposed car. The result is trash. I brought it back AGAIN for more work, and they just patched the spots instead of actually fixing it, so it looks like a child did it, plus I can almost guarantee it will lead to water intrusion and rust. I had the vehicle modified (new bumper, tires, etc) after Christian's work and the owner of the company that modified it said it was the worst wrap he had ever seen in his 20+ years in business, and he has seen hundreds. It looks so bad that I want to remove it, but I'm getting charged $1,500 for removal on top of the cost of a redo of the wrap. I've decided to sue him and will use the money I get back to go somewhere reputable. When I went to sue him, I noticed I'm not the only one. Christian owed thousands and thousands of dollars for unpaid rent, poor workmanship, refused refunds, the list goes on and on. I would avoid him AT ALL COSTS. read more

Where do I start? This is my second time working with Christian and his team. First time was for my leased Audi that I had to refresh the wheels prior to returning to avoid a massive fee. He was an excellent communicator and his team got it done as promised. Now for my wrangler 392 to be wrapped. This whole ordeal was a roller coaster and I was traumatized with the first guy that handled it before I went with Christian and his team again. I initially picked the first guy coz it was a family friend EVENTHOUGH I already had a big instinct to go with Christian. Anyway, always go with your gut especially if youre gonna spend 4k+. The first guy was not experienced with wrapping jeeps and jeeps are big Legos. They're tedious work and very time consuming. In the end, the first guy attempted to deliver but I was not happy and wrap looked cheap. Finally reached out to Christian and worked with Johnny along his side. They promised me they would deliver and it took some time coz they had to clean up someone else's work, which I feel horrible for, but boy did they DELIVER. He worked in secret with my husband with other recommendations (the wheels) that would make my vehicle pop and WOW. Im speechless. Christian was a man of his word. He had his most experience wrap guy wrap my jeep just because he knew how sensitive the job was already with my trauma. The wait was worth it. He perfected the vision! From white to nero satin black im lost for words but so extremely grateful and blessed for Christian and his team. They work hard and will never mislead you. I was quoted for 5-6 day job. I was told my car was done on day 9 so I came down and then I was told it was not done yet. They already had my car for over a week and a lot wasn't done or looked rushed at best. I didn't get my car back until day 15. And when I get my car back there's still a lot that wasn't done properly. I paid 3k for them to rush everything on my car and still leave a lot of things undone or just completely rushed. Bubbles, obvious white spots. He had to offer ceramic coating for free because of long they were taking to complete my car. But I still had to comeback get things that were overlooked redone. But was told that I have the "basic package" from Christian (owner) and from Martin "that dismantling isn't apart of what they do, we do it when everything on the car" and that "I was getting one hell of a deal because we don't normally do this for free" when they failed to do what they promised to begin with. They said all white will be covered at the start and now telling me this should of costed extra. I wish I knew that before I would of wrapped this somewhere else. Just the lack of craftsmanship overall and how much they promised it would be done the way you want to fall incredibly short on all of it. Expect 3/10 work here but paying full price for it all. Edit: Multiple parts of the wrap is starting to bubble up and fall off. I can't understand how they have such good reviews for such amateur work. I couldn't stress it enough, avoid this place at all costs. Unless you have a super car they'll treat your car horribly. It's only been two weeks since I've had my car back, they worked on my car for 15 days and it's already falling apart. The least Christian could do is offer a refund. read more

If he would have done his proper paperwork and seen that this car was not under the persons name he would have seen what he did was illegal. I took a trip back home to Vegas from California for Thanksgiving weekend, and decided to call Christian at DAW to get my rear kit installed along with a wrap up for the kit. This is my third visit here. Recommendations was made for an extension of my Aftermarket muffler during install. After searching yelp & contacting several wrap companies, i found Dipped. Christian the owner was responsive & easy to deal with. He gave me the best quote of anyone i spoke to. I met him at the shop a few days later to go over colors. I wanted this super light pink that's almost white/grey in matte. Wasn't an easy find. We originally ordered the brand of a picture i found online. We ordered it & when it arrived, it wasn't great quality. Luckily Christian is honest & told me the product wasn't very good. He did his research & found this better brand. I travel a ton so i told him to take his time. He went above & beyond. After the wrap was on. We went over additional things to wrap like the eyelids & interior parts. He also suggested painting the red brake calibers to white which i love. Working with dipped was super smooth & easy. They are very professional. After visiting the shop several times, i was able to spot a few local Vegas celebs also were having their cars worked on there. I knew i found the right spot. Not only do they wrap cars with extreme precision. They can trick your car out to whatever dream you might have. My hubs got his Tesla wrapped too & is very happy. Our range rover is next. Had a carbon fiber chrome delete and could not be happier!!! Got an estimate from a few other places also but everyone else was asking for at least $300 more due to the size of my grill piece. When they were assessing my vehicle, I even heard one of the workers say that it was bigger than they had thought so I thought they might have needed to adjust pricing. I got a call from them a little after I dropped it off, but to my surprise, they just wanted to let me know that they couldn't match the wrap! While it looked great when it was done, and they did a good job, in a timely manner, for a great price, I realized my car probably would have looked better in gloss wheels.
