We bought a Kia EV6, but it was only available in black. Vegas with a black car is like carpooling with demons. It is the inferno (and not in a cool MTV Challenge kinda way). When I finally got to the shop to take a look at colors, Joe helped me throughout the process. This is a long one, but it's worth the read- trust me. If I could give more stars I would and here's why: I wanted something custom, something unique. I had looked at a few other shops here in Vegas, but after meeting with the team at Incognito Wraps- I stopped looking. I started by messaging them on Instagram and they asked all the right questions, were very informative and were willing to go over several options without even meeting me yet, without even knowing if I am a serious customer or not... Every other place I worked with was more interested in my cash than the product/service itself. Why am I pointing this out? Because this shows they actually CARE about the work itself. After walking in it was quickly apparent that everyone in that shop not only was friendly and welcoming- what stood out was their PASSION for this work. I heard them excitedly talking to each other about how "good the 911 Carrera GTS turned out!!" or discussing how they are going to tackle a difficult 'curved door panel' to make the design match up perfectly. They were sharing ideas and collaborating in a way that showed obvious care, attention to detail, and just pure passion for this work. After sitting for a few minutes a gentleman came out named Joe, he shook my hand and we started going over the plans we discussed prior. He never rushed, pressured me, or suggested things I didn't need- he was very open and honest and went over all the different options. The design I wanted was something custom and I essentially wanted two types of wraps/material put together to achieve an 'outlined' look. As we got into the details, another guy walked over and introduced himself, AJ the Designer. Both of them worked with me to determine the best and most cost effective way to achieve the look I was going for. After it was all lined out the price was actually very competitive and even a bit lower than other shops and when I made mention to that to Joe, his response was even better. He said, "Huh- I never really considered what other places charge... I just charge what's fair..." That's the type of guy you want to do your service. Same with AJ, you could tell right away he had a huge passion for this type of work. They are so meticulous, so detail oriented, its like a form of Art to them- everything has to be perfect. Overall they were very informative, communicative and the service was better than anything I could have imagined. There is an etched decal on the side of my car that I didn't even think about, didn't even mention it. Without saying anything these guys decided to go the extra mile and transfer that small logo and text to the outside of the wrap. Significantly extra work for no reason other than to surprise me and make it perfect. I can't say enough good things about Joe and his team. Lastly, if its a concern that you cherish your vehicle or its new and expensive, etc. That is all the more reason to pick these guys. They are not only trustworthy, but they have wrapped countless Rolls-Royce, Lambo, Bently, etc. They have even wrapped the one-of-a-kind Tuatara (holds the land speed record). I would trust these guys to wrap my first born child if I had one. The work speaks for itself. Second review for the crew at Incognito Wraps after they installed my side wrap back at early 2023. This time I came back to get the company to install my hood design. Setting up my appointment was actually super simple this time around. I come in and I was greeted by Chris. Just one quick glance at me and he already knew who I was and what I came to their company for. It was awesome that he remembered me even though the time frame it took to get this second installation going from the first was a good year or so. He even threw me a discount for this installation as a returning customer, I honestly actually wasn't expecting that. Big shoutout to that my friend! Fast forward to installation day. The process went just like how it did the first time I went to them. Dropped off the car as clean as possible, was told to know that it should be done by the end of their business day and ready to be picked up, and it definitely turned out that way! The installation turned out great! I don't really see any faults so far with it... Even though it hasn't even been 24 hours of it been installed after writing this review. But I guess time will tell! These guys are awesome!!! I have always wanted to get a car of mine wrapped, but never did. I finally pulled the trigger and had my newly, off the show room floor... 2023 Kia Stinger wrapped (and tinted, of course). First; Chris was great to deal with. I wanted a color ppf wrap, so he steered me towards their wraps that fit the bill (lots of options). I picked a blue/green ppf color wrap that I liked and he gave me a written quote so I could give it a day or two to think about. Not much to think about, I came back and setup my appointment. Second; I showed up on the appointment day, dropped the keys off and away I went. They said it would be done in a few days, but I was out of town...so I picked it up about a week later. Simple. Third; I wasn't sure what the color would look like on the car for sure. Amazing! And the quality of the work was great. I took a look all around and it looked solid for sure. I said it when I picked my car up and I'll continue to say it, the patience involved in doing something like this is mind boggling to me. I mean, those protective phone screen things get me all out of sorts. Fourth; Chris told me that they have everyone bring their newly wrapped cars back within two weeks for a double check. Really? Typically with most service places it's, "here's your keys... good luck." After a week or so I did notice a few spots that needed some touch up. I made an appointment, showed up and hung out for a bit while they did their thing. All is well. Again, it's not..."here's your keys, good luck". It's, "if you have any issues let us know and we'll get it sorted out." Lastly; I truly appreciate the customer service, the commitment to quality and the friendliness of the staff. Getting this type of work done is not an everyday thing for me and probably not for many others. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first walked into the shop or when I picked my car up or the aftercare. Everything was spot on and I can't recommend Incognito enough. I'd like to start this review off by saying that Chris was great and his positive attitude was one of the main reasons why I went forward with the work. With that being said, the execution was abysmal. They said they use ppf from a company called "black market films" but when you look up the color codes it's comes back to a Chinese brand sold on alibaba named carlas. (Pictures for reference attached) When they did the install they broke my ambient temp sensor on a brand new car, neglected to tell me, and fixed it themselves. They did the back bumper on a Volkswagen Golf in two pieces with seams and i had to bring the car back 3 times to get it fixed. There's a four fender flare guards and instead of removing them and installing the wrap, they neglected to take them off and left all four panels exposed with my original paint . The entire experience left a really bad taste in my mouth and I sadly can't recommend them. I went back three times, not only to fix the seams on the back bumper, but because the entire wrap was bubbling. A lot of the issues felt like they could have been resolved if they had just taken more time to get it right the first time. read more

I used to be a very happy customer in this place. I have brought four different vehicles and had them put stripes and different paraphernalia. There was a man named Chris that ran the shop and he did a wonderful job. He would always make you aware of how the car was going to look like in the computer so you knew how great it was going to look before you actually paid them to do the work. All this was part of the service. So I recently bought my wife a car and took it down there for them to do the same thing. Unfortunately Chris is no longer there so the guy that was helping me who look like a hippie from the '70s told me that if I wanted to see what the car would look like on the computer he would have to grab his graphic guy and charge me $500 that did not go towards the balance of the work it was an addition to. I thought he was joking. I told him if I can talk to the owner to make him aware of how he's going to lose business and he said no that I could not talk to the owner. It's a shame because I think if the owner knew what a bad policy this was I think he would have worked with me and he could have made the $1,200 that I just paid some other company to do the job that I needed. When I went to the other shop, one of their competitors, they were pretty smart. Not only did they do exactly what I asked him to do but they brought out the actual stripe colors that were going to be on the car and put it on the car so we can literally see what it was going to look like. As a loyal customer since 2018 I'm sad to say this company gets one star and I will not be doing business with them again. Chris is gone and the new Chris is NOT an improvement. He comes off immature, defensive and not a very good problem solver which prevents him from providing the exceptional customer service that Incognito used to provide. The owner has let this company fall short on the quality with it's decision to put this person in a manager spot. There are better options out there. Update to Joe's remarks. I don't use Yelp as a weapon I use it to provide a review of customer service and services that were received (or not received due to poor customer service) from the company. What you're stating is untrue. I spoke with your employee Art in April to discuss rewrapping areas that were involved in a car accident. Your employee Art stated that if I wrapped the side that was damaged on my car due to a car accident that I could potentially have noticeable fading on the areas that weren't re-wrapped since the original wrap was done in 2018. It took one month and 2 phone calls to have your employee Chris call me back. I simply asked Chris if he could have the wrap redone due to the accident and fading. Basically, I wanted my car to look exactly the way it did before the accident. Meaning, if there is the possibility of noticeable fading then that would be an issue. He stated that I was trying to commit insurance fraud. I being understandably offended, asked to speak with you. You assured me that you would take care of this. I spoke to Chris one more time and asked him to write up an estimate and I would pay cash for the repairs and then ask my insurance company to reimburse me. Money is not an issue for me. Chris gave me an estimate as I have attached. He stated that he would need to look for brushed metal black and call me back for an appointment. That was in May. It is now a month later and I have not received a phone call from anybody from Incognito to schedule the appointment. This is by far the poorest customer service I have received from a company in a very long time. The fact that you're even attacking me on Yelp by leaving this message shows how poorly you treat your customers. Completely unprofessional. Bottom line is that you said you would take care this. You gave it back to Chris, the ball was dropped by him. Where's your follow up Joe? Maybe to see how things were going, if I was satisfied, etc.? Maybe, just maybe...you could admit that this could have been handled better? read more

I bought a 2021 Kia k5 GT and wanted a color changing wrap done. Their prices may be high like previous reviews have stated but what those ones leave out is the quality you get! Vinyl, tint, and PPF prices are all affected by inflation (tried 3 shops just yo compare pricing and all within $100) so I went with the urban jungle wrap on the k5 and it came out absolutely beautiful! Loved every inch of it so I knew when I buy another car to wrap it's going to incognito. Bought a Tesla model 3 long range one month ago! (Because of rising gas prices of course) and within first week I brought it to incognito for the works. Did the tint, interior wrap, and used a brand new color change PPF film on the whole exterior called Flexishield. Joe and Chris both talked to me about this new film and all the perks over traditional PPF. After seeing the swatch I couldn't say no to the chameleon! Went with forged carbon on interior with chameleon accents to match the exterior and the install is out of this world. If you want to customize your car and have the cleanest install in not just the wrap/PPF side but also the tint side go to incognito! They will no disappoint. Chris was amazing to work with also. Very funny, down to earth and loved what he does. If you have a question he will get your answer asap! If you want to come see the car or anything he invites you in!
