The burrito was just fatty enough to feel very different from regular breakfast burritos while not being overly so to the point of feeling like I'm eating at a fast food restaurant. The smoothie wasn't overly sweet and tasted very fruity and refreshing. The staff is really nice and friendly. Because of the large crowd, our food took a little over an hour to arrive. We checked on our order a couple of times, and the staff kindly let us know there would be a delay. We completely understood the situation, and no one in our family complained. We enjoyed our meal, and at the end, our server surprised us by letting us know that our entire meal was on the house because of the wait. In all my years of dining out, I've never had a restaurant make such a generous gesture. It meant a lot to our family and speaks volumes about the way The Friendly Toast values its guests.
