Food was excellent, as expected. Cap Codder (minus the walnuts and tomatoes) and a pastrami wrap. Husband says the 'strami would have been top notch if it weren't for the delivery taking over an hour, but that isn't the fault of Wrap City - that falls on Grub Hub. I went to use the restroom and was told it was customers only. I've got things before from wrap city and I think that's wrong to deny. I will not be going back to any wrap city locations and will tell others to avoid. By denying restroom use one time you've lost a customer for life. read more

While waiting for our food, Crystal set my goddaughter up with paper, crayons, and a special holiday giveaway game where she won an extra treat with her meal! She also shared some background about the business and it's owners and really seemed to take pride in the company model. My family and I were on our way back home and stumbled upon this place. My wife got the Jersey Greek wrap and I got the the pastrami/corn beef Rueben. It was excellent. The staff was nice and welcoming. The food was unreal. The corn beef and pastrami was seasoned perfectly. It was juicy. The slaw was great and I'm not a slaw fan. This eatery is located in the North End Shops plaza (La Carreta, Playa Bowls). This very popular Southern New Hampshire sandwich/wrap chain serves up a great variety of made to order wraps, subs, flatbreads, homemade potato chips, salads, cookies, brownies, and cold drinks. They also offer online ordering and DoorDash ordering and delivery. I stopped in at the Manchester Wrap City several times for takeout/pickup. I can place my order online via ToastTab and also customize my wrap too. My food is ready to be picked up when I arrive here, in and out quickly. On the way to the office, I ordered online a Blue Ribbon Wrap ($8.49 plus tax) with homemade potato chips on my last stop here. My wrap was ready in 20 minutes as promised and all set for pickup when I got here. The Blue Ribbon Wrap was filled and wrapped with strips of crispy chicken, deli baked ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, & honey mustard sauce, substituted the white wrap for a tomato basil wrap, no extra charge. I also really enjoy their homemade potato chips. which are crunchy and salted. I ran into an ugly incident here yesterday and I was trying to reach out to a corporate manager, but I guess I will tell you my story. I wasn't going to post this, but a friend encouraged me to do so since the behavior was so egregious. I ordered online yesterday, 3 sandwiches. paid for them and picked them up. got home and was disappointed that my Portlander was on rye bread, not a sub roll.  I ordered it as rye, my belief was the roll was rye, because online it says sub-rye. When I called the shop, I got a female on the phone who asked if I wanted it remade and come get it on a sub roll, I gladly said yes and drove back in 95 degree heat 15 min each way to get it. when I went in, I was met by Mike the owner, he questioned me, asking if I brought the old sandwich back, (I did not) and said it was my mistake for ordering it wrong and he was going to charge me.  He was angry and aggressive in his body language and tone. I said I was all set and I'm not paying for another sandwich, when he pushes the box across  the counter and says take the damn sandwich, turns around and walks away while 2 employees, myself and 2 other customers watch.  The other 2 employees then were sympathetic and apologetic and said to me please take it and I'm sorry. The owner Mike was rude and unprofessional to say the least. I will not go back there or go back to any of the wrap city locations ever again. read more

FANTASTIC! We stopped here on a road trip and we experienced the best sandwiches and wraps ever. I had the Martha's Fav - which was hands down the best BLT I've ever had. The fried egg, avocado and chipotle mayo made it so delicious. Everyone else enjoyed theirs so much too. Fresh, cooked to order flavor and taste all around. I had the chips,great, the turkey club wrap very nice, a lot of turkey and the veggies were a nice balance. I also ordered the chicken salad sub - this was disappointing. I had to search for the chicken salad, there was maybe 1/3 of what you would expect for chicken salad. It was all bread and some shredded lettuce and avocado. The avocado was fresh but what I ended up with was a sub roll and a couple of slices of avocado. Based upon this I do not plan on repeat business. read more

I have been going to this restaurant regularly for the last two years and absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is always hot and delicious. Plus, there are so many amazing things on the menu that I can get something different every time and it's always great. Today they really out-did themselves. I ordered a sandwich and salad through Doordash and the driver forgot the sandwich. The restaurant didn't just tell me to deal with Doordash like most other places do. They remade the entire order and the owner delivered it to my house herself with an extra two brownies, four cookies, and two bags of their amazing mouth-watering chips and apologized for the mess-up. I've never seen such great service in my life and want to commend this team on a job well done. They made a forever-customer out of me. read more

The wraps are always delicious but the chips and meatballs are over the top. The Greek Salad was super. All of the people we have ever dealt with at the Manchester location are always friendly.
