Literally 0 flavor. Most boring and plain tasting wraps. Chicken tastes like nothing too. Tried multiple times.

Wrap City in Derry opened in Hood Commons, next to Planet Fitness. This very popular Southern New Hampshire sandwich chain serves up a great variety of made to order wraps, subs, flatbreads, homemade potato chips, salads, cookies, brownies, and cold drinks. They also offer online ordering and DoorDash ordering and delivery. This new location is even closer to me than the Londonderry location! I stopped in at the Derry Wrap City for lunch takeout, which is located less than 10 minutes from me. I placed my order online for a San Antonio Wrap with homemade potato chips ($7.49 plus tax) and headed to the restaurant. My order was all set in about 15 minutes after ordering and ready for pickup when I arrived. The San Antonio was filled with Tex-Mex pulled chicken, sour cream, salsa, cheddar, lettuce, tomato in a toasted tomato basil wrap. The homemade potato chips were crunchy and salted. Overall, Wrap City is a great place for wraps, sandwiches and homemade potato chips. This Derry location is now an option for a simple lunch or dinner, under $10. read more

I went here last week to get take out for my husband and I. The wraps were great. I went again today, and my wrap couldn't have been worse, honestly. It wasn't wrapped tight, like at all. It almost seemed like an ingredient was forgotten, and it was opened and added at the end, and hastily closed back up. Very disappointed honestly. read more

Really good wraps. The chips are excellent too. Every once in a while you might get a burned batch. I eat them anyways, cuz I'm a slut like that. The Alamo wrap is my lady. Give it a shot. read more

Food is great, house made kettle potato chips are awesome, but service, service is completely off. We're currently sitting and have been waiting 25 minutes for a simple sandwich and a salad. Staff is completely clueless. read more

I recently just moved to Derry. I have been checking out all of the local places and this one has been one of my favorites so far! Excellent menu options, clean facility and delicious food. I ordered chicken salad and a chicken parm for my significant other. Food was fresh and hot. The chips that come with the meal are delicious as well! Staff was also very friendly and helpful. 10/10, will recommend this place to others and can't wait to try more of their food! read more

I went to the Derry Wrap City and was very disappointed in the customer service. After 3 orders with missing items I got frustrated and ask if I could speak to the manager. I just wanted to inform him of this recurring problem. I was then told the manager was "too busy" to come and talk to me. Very disappointed with the way I was treated today. read more

I had been going to the location in Londonderry NH and loved everything I hbe ordered there their wraps were amazing & the employees act excited and happy to help you. NOW I see they have opened a new one a lot closer to me In Derry so I've been here Twice The first order I got two wraps and 4 sandwiches close to $60! I don't mind paying if I get what I want. I asked for extra gravy and cranberry sauce on my wrap (i know I was charged for it) and it was absolutely not on it i get this wrap at the Londonderry site often so I know what it is like with out adding the extra cranberry sauce and Turkey gravy my wrap was very dry and one other wrap barely had any ranch (i think that's what goes on it) it too was dry. The young man taking my order was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Well I went back I don't just give up on a place I'll try it 3 times and with this place.( That young man told me the guys that own this place also own the Londonderry location as well as other ones.) Soooo I went back this week and ordered the sandwich that's like a Phili cheese steak. It's grilled shaved steak with sautéed onions and soft cheese wiz like cheese. I swapped the cheese wiz for Provolone cheese and asked to add sautéed peppers too. I asked the young man if there were any seasoning out on the shaved steak and he replied just salt and pepper then I asked him what type of bread does it come on (its listed under sandwiches) he said "I don't Know" ‍‍soo I gave him some examples "rye, wheat,..." he goes "no it's on a roll" so he did know ‍‍‍ now depending on the brand of rolls they get soggy and tough to eat so I asked what brand (thought they might have bought them from the grocery store next store some do). So he says I don't know lol Again!! Lol. There were two girls emptying the trash can behind me so I asked them the question and they told me they had nooooo clue who provides them with bread or where it's from ...I asked the kid can you just show me the bag (i could see it by the counter) so he went over and asked the girl at the griddle CHOPPING UP something like she is a karate expert with the spatulas..she lifts the roll bag up to read it and I see it's awesome rolls so I was happy. I asked her if she could toast my roll before putting the meat in it and she quickly said "ohhhh I ran it thru the oven already". Soo as I continue to watch her cook...she takes the stuff she just chopped the hell out of and puts it on a roll and packs it up and calls out MY NAME OHH NO IT WAS MY SHAVED STEAK THAT GOT ALL CHOPPED UP. OK I SAID TO SELF let's give it a try maybe it's not so bad... ok I get home and open the box and alll excited to have a my steak and cheese with peppers and onions and salt and pepper. UGG the rolls was soggy NOT toasted there was NOOO salt and pepper And I swear there where 3 small pepper sugars no bigger than a dime and as for the sautéed onions I SAW ONLY ONE PIECE AGAIN no bigger than a dime ‍‍‍‍I don't get it but I have to say the kid who took my order definitely acted like he did NOT like his job. I get the same Turkey/dressing/cranberry sauce/gravy on a wrap and LOVED IT From the Londonderry location guess I have to drive back there for my wraps and or sandwiches subs ‍‍. I think this location,Derry, needs the owners to stay around for a little longer to assure QUALITY ASSURANCE. I have to say the kid working the register and taking orders did not know much he looked bewildered when I asked him questions THEN an order came over the phone he had nooo clue how to take payment for it. I won't give up on wrap city just the Derry location. Ohhhh and the kid charged me for switching my cheese to provolone and charged me for the peppers so my $9.49 sub was $11.44 after taxes of 9% And those peppers and Onions WERE NOT SAUTÉED they were mixed in with the CHOPPED MEAT and were hard raw like and don't ask me about the mouth watering homemade chips I got with the sun soo greasy and alll broken up like the dregs of the bottom of the barrel I didn't eat them Too bad that's what I get for changing my usual to this. And I wanted to try all the food on the menu. Londonderry here I come...BACK!!!!! Good luck Derry I hope you can improve quality assurance . I'm Not giving up Londonderry was great and there employees were extremely pleasant. Good luck I truly hope it's gets better at the Derry location it sure is a lot closer for me. read more

Got the Parma sub and it was very good! a bit of the chicken was overcooked (hence the 4 stars) but overall it was amazing. The chips are super good too and the packaging is nice! read more
