The worst experience of my life with my cars. I chose Wrap Mogul after my conversation with the owner, Stretch. Stretch guaranteed me. I would be happy with the installation results of the PPF and ceramic coating. The contract was for entire front using EXPEL PPF And Expel ceramic coating. The entire PPF had to be redone after I got a call that car is ready and to pick it up. When I got to Wrap Mogul I knew immediately the PPF was Installed in correctly and looked terrible. After waiting 4 days they totally destroyed the PPF that was sitting on my brand new car, after waiting for months to get this car. The cut lines looked were not even at all. Some places were missing PPF on the bumper. But the other side of the bumper had the missing PPF. Excuses after excuses. The PPF was not tucked in. Lines were off. The hand cut was literally terribly not straight. And you can see where the installer went back to straighten the lines but made it worse. It looked like the PPF installation was a botched DYI job. Not even close to acceptable. The installer said it was the best. No no no, that is absolutely not true. They kept my car for almost two weeks to redo the PPF! The owner Stretch made me feel it was at fault. He didn't say it, but the entire experience was terrible. To pay thousands of dollars to get a terrible job and worse the experience was the worst. PPF is already peeling and getting dirty. The ceramic coating is a problem, after I pickup my car, 3 days later it rained, the wind shield never had the beading effect ceramic coating is suppose to behave if installed correctly. I can see other parts of the car had water beading. I do not want to go back to experience the same or worse. When the owner has low expectations. Honestly, maybe that is the best this shop is capable of. Expel has warranty and Wrap Mogul has to life time warranty on installation. RHow can I trust Mogul Wrap todo the corrections? It's a brand new car. Im out thousands of dollars, I to have get the front Expel PPF stripped for the third time in 2 months and have PPF reinstalled and have the PPF ceramic coated. I've owned the car for only 3 months. This shop is an Expel authorized installer. I've Never used Expel PPF nor their ceramic coating. I usually have 3m put on. First experience with Expel, now Will Expel warranty the PPF and ceramic coating that was installed by Expels authorized installer? read more

Go out of your way to avoid using them!!! The most unprofessional company/business owner I've ever spoken to. I'd give zero stars if I could. I called inquiring about a quote for chrome deleting parts being replaced by a body shop, and he just hung up. I assumed we got disconnected and tried calling back a few times. After the 3/4th attempt, he yells, saying he won't help me scam my insurance and hung up again!! I legit wanted to use them, but if that's how he treats prospective customers, his business has no chance of surviving. read more

Stretch and his team at Wrap Mogul did an awesome job on my 2019 MX-5. I had them install a carbon fiber kit (front lip, side skirts, rear diffuser), replace my hood Xpel PPF because my old one had a scuff mark, and Ceramic Pro coat the whole car with the gold package. They went the extra mile to coat my windows, sections of the interior door that matched the body of the car, and even the wheels. My car looked and felt way better than when I bought it new last year! They did a quick and detailed job and I was able to get my car back within a few days. The price to do all that stuff to my car was pretty good too. I didn't get to meet Stretch but we emailed back and forth and he was very helpful, responsive, and informative about what I needed. I did work with Anthony directly at the shop and he spent a lot of time with me answering all the questions I had and all the benefits of Ceramic coating. He was great, very patient, and very knowledgeable. He did a great job keeping me updated on the status of my car. I found this place through Google and I'm really glad this shop is located really close to where I live. I am posting this update so that potential customers can know what they may be getting into if they choose to engage Suresh's ("Stretch") services. You can see the back-and-forth message exchanges for yourself via the accompanying screen capture. I posted my original review on Yelp about five weeks ago and considered the matter closed. I hadn't heard from Suresh since then and since there was no refund to process and my job had been completed to my satisfaction through a competent company there was no reason or desire to return to his store. But five weeks later Suresh decided to reply to that review. (See accompanying screen capture image.) Note that Suresh STILL contends that it was a $100-for-one job despite the very clear evidence of his text message showing it was $80-for-two. He continues to accuse me of yelling at his secretary despite having been given the audio recording of my conversation with his secretary that reveals no shouting at all. He also showcases his lack of technical or process knowledge; on the first file I DID, in fact, provide the fonts; they were simply corrupted on the USB drive. (I've never faulted Suresh or Anthony for the corrupt fonts, but any competent computer operator would have known to NOT print the job if the fonts weren't there. Anthony saw the missing fonts, ran the job anyway, pronounced it complete, and Suresh agreed with him. THAT'S the fault.) The second file didn't have any fonts at all but the problem with the second file wasn't related to fonts but rather the fact that they cut and installed it while completely ignoring the instructions, crop marks, and relief cut in the file. And there was no "tirade" on their employees' cell phones; I sent JUST Suresh and Anthony (since those were the two I was working with) a couple of pictures showing that I had removed their poorly made/installed label and expressed my disappointment with my experience with them. I TWICE requested that THEY remove the label so that that there was no thinking I was trying to rip them off, but as usual they ignored those requests. That's when Suresh went nuclear and began to personally insult and threaten me (several screen shots of that conversation are included in my original review). All of this is just more examples of his many issues. I replied to Suresh by telling him I wasn't going to take down the review. He then DELETED his previous response (fortunately I was expecting this and took a screen shot first) and replied again. In addition to continuing to ignore actual objective facts, he opened up with "Sir we are not worried about your review" while completely ignoring the fact that the first thing he said to me in five weeks was "Sir please take this review down." If he wasn't worried about it then why ask me to take it down? I replied to him with what I considered to be my final say on the matter and, again, considered the matter closed. Then about five and a half hours later I get a voicemail on my phone demonstrating not only Suresh's insanity, but also his complete lack of knowledge of the legal system: "Hello Steve, this is Suresh from Wrap Mogul. I just wanted to let you know I'm reporting your harassing behavior to the police. Thanks and have a good day." I can only guess that either Suresh thought he was going to be able to scare me with the empty threat, or when he went to the police station they rolled their eyes at him and strongly implied that he needs to grow up and perhaps seek therapy. Either way, potential customers may want to reconsider whether or not they want to do business with a man who thinks and works this way. To be absolutely clear: Suresh's definition of "harassing behavior" is for someone to post a 100% factually accurate and negative review of his business, give a reply to his direct and unsolicited inquiry, and deny his plea to take down that review. That's "harassment" according to Suresh. But the CONSTANT lying, denying the reality of objective fact, refusing to accept responsibility for his own actions and decisions and behavior, intimidation, and threatening to call the police when he doesn't get what he wants seems to be all in a day's work for Suresh and Wrap Mogul. I am planning on bringing my new 2022 car to Wrap Mogul Premium Vinyl Wraps, Elmwood Park, NJ, in about four weeks, when I receive delivery. Since the car is shiny black, and want to keep it that way...I started to follow "wrap_mogul" on Instagram and was awed by the photos and videos of what the company does and what "real owners" say about their finished wrapped cars. I called "Stretch" - the Owner, who spoke to me on the phone for about 20-minutes and gave his sales pitch. Since I am new to car wraps, I decided to visit the shop in Elmwood Park and talk to Stretch directly. WOW...he spent another 20-minutes with me and I am so glad I did...now I understand from Stretch's easy-to-understand process on what his company does...he also said he has been in business for nine years...so he knows what he is talking about. Will give another review, once my car is finished...I am getting the Ceramic Pro on the front half of the vehicle (and rims/wheels/brakes) and the rest of the car will get the Ultimate Plus Paint Protection Film. Although I have to bring the new car from delivery day to Wrap Mogul, and have to leave it there for five business days for the staff to do their magic, I look forward to my new car looking the best it could look.
