Chris worked with us from day one to make sure we made informed decisions on portions and was even able to pull together enough rose lemonade to serve nearly 40 people. He even arranged delivery all the way to Vacaville and our food arrived warm and ready to eat. Everyone at our event kept asking where we got our food and so many people shared their love of Chris's dolmen-- probably the best I've ever tried! Other highlights were the chicken kebabs, falafel, hummus and house salad. They nailed a complicated event and accommodated an early delivery time. Too much MAYO. Brother is in LOVE with MAYO, unfortunately. I have never eaten Persian food with this much MAYO. The food is good already, let me taste it and enjoy it instead of MAYO. Is that your salad dressing you put in just because? Also, I called for a pick up. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I was there in 10 minutes. food was ready, and it was cold! Did you throw it in a freezer? There were no napkins, and there was only one sumac for two people. Are we supposed to fight for it? Side sauce comes in a plastic ramekin tastes like 1000 island + sirarcha + MAYO. Get rid of it. Make something more authentic. Little more meat is needed. You are using inexpensive ground beef anyways, and it's not steak. Not bad, but you need improvement. Till then I will go to other places. read more

I came here last night to do take out since this place has stellar reviews. I tried to order through DoorDash but it stated the store wasn't taking orders at this time so I called and place my phone order "Chicken Kabob combo plate with shrimp Kabob on the side". He told me he can have it ready in 20 mins. After sitting in traffic for 40 mins, I got to San Rafael to pick up. The total was $29 (an extra $9.99 for shrimp) for a plate of rice, chicken and shrimp kabob, 2 slices of tomatoes. I expected the food to be cold by the time I got home which is fine but rice and chicken was hard. One of the shrimp still had it's shell on there. For some reason, the shrimp did not taste charbroiled. It seemed like they just boiled it. Nonetheless, not a bad place to stop for lunch or dinner. Loved the hospitality. We ordered chicken sheesh and chicken breast kebob plate which came with rice, lavash bread, tomatoes and spring onion. It was very tasty and fulfilling. The best part was it wasn't too greasy and hence had a very homely feel to it. For apps we got the dolmeh and the Kashk e Bademjan (goes very well with the bread). Today was my first time dining at Wrap N Kabob and all I can say is wow! Not only is the owner Chris super friendly and welcoming, the whole establishment is super comforting. I ordered the beef kabob plate which Included ground beef, grilled tomato, a piece of lavash, red onion, and basil. I typically don't order beef when I eat out but I can confidently say I will come and order this plate again. The flavors were so balanced and each bite was equally seasoned. Even when mixing all the sides together, everything paired perfectly. I also ordered the rose lemonade and this will be the second time I have ordered this drink and it will certainly be in my rotation of refreshing drinks. I ordered their food through door dash and I absolutely loved it. I ordered the chicken and koobideh combo plate. The plate comes with rice, raw onions, mint leaves, lavash, grilled tomato, lemon slices, and sumac. It also comes with a ranch style dipping sauce. I loved the food with one exception, I did not care got the ranch style dipping sauce they provided. The food would have been perfect with a small side of hummus or a yogurt based sauce like tzadziki or mast o khair. Didn't see an option to swap out the sauce for either. My only suggestion is allow the customer to choose this ranch sauce or a different type of hummus/sauce. Otherwise food is great and portions are hefty. Definitely will be back. read more

I cannot thank Kayvon and his father, Morteza, enough for going above and beyond for my family during the most difficult time in our family history. Two weeks ago, our beloved mother passed away after living with dementia for the past 12 years. We wanted to give our mother a quick burial as these were her wishes. I needed to source a trustworthy, Persian Catering service for the funeral within a few days. Luckily, I found Kabob N Wrap on Google and contacted the business right away. Kayvon was very accommodating to our requests and needs with the menu we wanted for the funeral. He even looped in his father Morteza, who was kind enough to take the time and give me guidance on which items we should have on the menu, and which items we should leave off. Out of all the Persian catering services I reached out to in the Bay Area, Morteza and Kayvon were the only ones that I felt were looking out for my best interest, and on top of that delivers some of the best Persian food I've ever had at the most reasonable prices you will ever find for Persian catering. They made the process so easy during the funeral, that I had the opportunity to focus on the experience of the funeral, and not have to worry about the food being served appropriately. This father and son duo gave our guests a great dining experience. I come from a family that is very hyper critical when it comes to Persian food. Our mother spoiled us with her artistry in the kitchen. With that said, I must say, this was some of the best Persian food I have ever had. Thank you Kayvan and Morteza. Love this spot, the kebabs are my favorite. I always get a combo plate with chicken kebab and Koubideh or steak and am always pleased. The owner is great also, super willing to customize and make sure I'm getting exactly what I want. Feels great to support this small business AND eat delicious food. The portions are enough in my experience, and the prices are reasonable.
