No one was there. Door was locked. Tried to call and got a voicemail, which was now full. No one ever called me to explain why or reschedule.

Not sure if you had a reschedule miscommunication with Brianna, but you were scheduled for next month(Sept). soooo I assume thats the appointment you're referring too. Brianna was rescheduled from last week to today, not you just to clarify. also, I understand your inconvenience, with rescheduling several times and how it can be "fucked" when things aren't in your control, all I can really do is apologize for any unexpected scheduling adjustments. I really try and keep in contact with clients as much as possible and keep them updated so they aren't left in the dark with what happened with their appointments in hopes they are truly understanding of the matter at hand. I appreciate your sense of getting "stuff happens" because yea shit does happen and always working 7 days a week tattooing AND running the business end on end of the studio by myself is all I do, so when the schedule gets thrown off or shit happens for whatever reason personal or business? the days I have to reschedule clients is really not an option for me, and try and comp you guys the best I can. I dont expect you to fully understand cuz this clearly isn't your business. but trust me when I say I try and do everything I can to keep my clients happy. sometimes that still isn't good enough for some, and thats ok. I had a piece in mind to cover up an older tattoo. Donna was amazing and recognized right away that it wasn't the right fit for that part of my body. So we talked it over and figured a piece that I liked. We made an appt for two sessions within two weeks of each other (btw she is super popular, I had to wait 5 months to get my first appt).
