We often forget how important it is to have qualified and professional people service and maintain our vehicles. Don't assume for one second that Dealerships alone can provide this security...you're kidding yourself if you do. Vince, the guys and Dawn (can't forget her) are those people. People you will trust and feel good about doing business with. They work on everything and do it all very well. Yet, If you have a diesel powered vehicle this is the only place for you. It is VERY tough to find good diesel techs. Therefore, most diesel owners run to the dealership where it's a BIG roll of the dice. Diesel sales and service is, for almost all dealerships, a very small percentage of their overall business. As a result, few have the talent with the experience to do things right the first time. Having owned three diesel trucks in the past I have had my experience with very costly diesel repairs so I know (from some tough lessons learned) first hand that you really need someone who knows diesel...Advanced is it...PERIOD! I have been using them for years with several vehicles of varied makes and NEVER had a return. I've sent numerous friends and family there...some from great distances. They all continue to use Advanced without reservation or hesitation and continue to thank me for sending them there. If you want a fancy shop with twenty flavored coffees in the lobby and 5 flat screens on the wall (that your inflated bills pay for) then don't go to Advanced. If you want to go to a real repair shop that does it right and treats you right then do yourself a big favor and get to Advanced !!!!!

Receives first shipment of parts on 5/31/19 and the last shipment of parts on 6/3/19. I don't think he was aware that I could check the status of the ordered parts. Returned our vehicle on 6/12/19. Charged us only 8 hours labor so why so long for the return our vehicle?!?!?! What does the guy work? An hour a day? His bill reports that he had the charge the truck for 2 days in order to get in the shop. Hummm maybe if he didn't leave it sit waiting so long the battery wouldn't have died. Or WAIT!, maybe a good mechanic would know to go out and start the truck to avoid this issue..guess that speaks for his mechanic ability huh? Our business operates with this vehicle and we were unable to work during this period of "back ordered parts" When I called to question the return of the truck on 6/11/18 he was upset because I questioned when the truck would be returned. Come on dude, we've been more than patient!!! On 6/12/19 when my guys called and went to retrieve the truck he bad mouthed me to several of our employees for questioning why it was taking so long.
