We were quickly introduced to Diane who helped us through the process of having mom transferred from another facility that was not a desirable place to be. When we arrived day of transfer we were greeted by Tess, assistant business manager, who graciously assisted with all intake paperwork. She explained everything well and asked questions to our mom in a gentle and compassionate manner. All the staff has been kind and friendly and placed a priority on generous care and recovery for mom. What more could we ask for? Additionally the facilities are modern and clean, and it is one patient to a room also for privacy. After extremely poor experiences in two other facilities the last two years, we would wholeheartedly recommend Advanced. Who you trust with the care and recovery of those you love is an important decision. With Advanced we have felt the right decision was finally made.

Clean, bright, lots of laughter, lots of hugs and attention. I go at different times of the day and every time I visit, Mom's room is clean, her bed is made, she is clean and dressed. Many of the staff members have worked there for years and are personally invested in each resident. The staff is very helpful to our family, as well, and never hesitate to answer a call, text, or questions that I have about what's best for Mom. They have been our support system and have helped guide us with such empathy and care. I have met many of the other resident's family members who come to visit and their dedication to their loved ones is inspiring and helpful to me as we are new to this journey. I would not want my sweet mom anywhere else but at Colonial Oaks.

She's one of the least competent and mean spirited people I've ever known. Please don't agree to the nightmare that is Broadway Cityview for your family. Management constantly changes (3 different companies in 7 years). They failed to recognize and communicate effectively about my parents to my sibling and myself and so my parent kept repeatedly failing. After breaking their hip and having surgery, one of my parents has moved on to another facility that can care for them properly and I couldn't be more relieved. Shame on these people who ruin what should be the best part of people's lives. The food is horrendous as well.

The one they have at this moments is very unprofessional in they way she conducts herself. Yelling at employees in front of residence. The food is subpar at best and they have gone through 5 Chefs. Try calling Sagora the main company no one will call you back. There are many problems we had including disappearing medication and disappearing equipment purchased new and replaced with broken equipment. Don't get me wrong there are great employees there but they are not running the place and are only following orders. My recommendation look somewhere else.

Their commitment to promoting a personal experience has allowed my brother and me to balance our life responsibilities so that we can now enjoy quality family time instead of managing the complex health care needs of my parents. If I could, I would give this facility less than one star! The nurse O-B and here supervisor,…read moreRachael, pretended to listen and care but did nothing to improve my mother's situation while there! If anything, she got worse while she was under their care and objected to us removing my mother from the facility when we saw it was necessary. Many of the staff are good at what they do, unfortunately, the two handling my mother's care during her rehabilitation weren't!! Other staff members privately confirmed that they are very short-handed at this facility and nurses don't voluntarily chip in to help the Certified Nurse's Aids (CNAs) when needed! As a matter of fact, very few of the staff volunteer to do anything and give the impression that it is a major inconvenience to assist! Phone calls ring endlessly, patients' "red button" calls go ignored!!! The staff doctor, Dr. Satani, isn't much better if we consider effectiveness. Besides, he goes twice a week and many times... not even that! It's a real mess at this facility although they insist that the change in management last summer has made some major improvement!!! Although complaints were ongoing on our part, the head administrator took no interest in reaching out to us. Thanks to Joanna, Social Administrator, who was the only one who listened and helped us with our situation. If you love your family member, DON'T bring them here! If you have had a good or bad experience, please post them to let future family members know the present condition of this facility. My regret is that I didn't take the bad reviews more seriously. My hopes were that since they were from a few years ago that things had improved... not the case!!! Stay away from here and look for another place! Oh and yes we are reporting this facility to the state for follow-up!!
