Apparently they only changed one, because the other went 1 month later, I was told it was never changed by a new mechanic. Also, my BRAND NEW snows were badly worn on the outside passenger side, which means they either didn't do the alignment at all, or was WAY out of spec. Now I am out the full cost of a half-assed job, 2 snow tires AND the cost of someone else doing the proper repair. I absolutely abhore places like these.

Will accuse patron of having or appearing to have Covid and "don't come here even outside with Covid" though patron sincerely denies having Covid. Ironically, neither he nor his staff ever wore face masks even during the extended Covid precaution mandates . So getting Covid was never their concern why now 4 years in ?
