I initially worked with Chris Pintarich on securing D & O, liability, and umbrella non-profit insurance and he made a complicated experience very simple. I asked a kajillion questions about the forms, had unusual scenarios for our nonprofit's specifics and he was very patient throughout. He also made me a personalized video that walked me through the policy that I could watch on my own time. SUPER responsive. Was such a great experience I got home and auto insurance through them too...through John Galvin. I had issues getting my HOA insurance information from the other side's broker...the details needed to secure my own insurance. John checked in with me three times before it finally arrived but was never pushy-that's quality customer service. When I finally got the insurance, it was 2 business days before closing. John took care of ALL my insurance needs within hours and I was bound (and thus able to close on time, miraculously). Extraordinary customer service. Comprehensive emails explaining everything. Amazingly responsive. And the new auto policy is an upgrade in coverage over what I had previously AND saves me money. Neither guy tried to upsell me on coverage I didn't need. In fact, both told me about parts they thought I didn't need a particular coverage in my case, being covered in other ways. That's trust. Very very happy!

However when I have needed anything I am treated like a million dollar account. Tom Secky and his staff make you feel like family and Tom has helped me out numerous times with insurance needs for cars with teenagers, and the office staff, Gigi in particular always answers my question with patience and is very knowledgable about my insurance needs. Once in a while I check with competitive quotes and as always I have never felt I could save a few bucks by switching to someone else and even if I could I would never give up the incredible customer service I get from Tom and his team. A friend recommended Lovely Agency and I stopped one morning with my insurance coverage printouts from Liberty. The people here were, so friendly. The looked up what they would have charged to insure my old vehicle before it was totaled by the other driver. It turns out they would have insured me with better coverage for about $200 less. My brand new car with better coverage cost about $100 more than my 2005 was costing with Liberty Mutual. This is pretty impressive considering I was also supposedly getting a corporate discount through my company on my Liberty plan. My home owners with better coverage came out to about $200 less as well, but they suggested that it be moved when my policy was up for renewal. The agent pro-actively emailed me about a month before and asked for some information she needed to make the switch over for me. She also called to confirm everything was switched over. In addition, I received a hand written thank you card for my business just a few weeks later. This experience is starkly different than the service I received from Liberty Mutual. I needed to call multiple times to get a response to any of my requests. In some case they never returned my calls at all. Lovely Agency is all about service and they have very competitive rates. I can't recommend these folks enough.
