Owner is one of the meanest people. My buddy Derek got food from this place and forgot bbq sauce and called the restaurant. The owner picked up the phone and my buddy asked if he could come pick up the bbq sauce that he forgot, the owner said "no" and my buddy was confused, the owner then said, aggressively might I add, "I'm not giving you bbq sauce because I would have to charge you for it and you're paying with a card and it would cost me money to charge you for that low of a price. Stumbled upon 'Town Pizza' with my wife and daughter yesterday and immediately upon entering we were greeted by an incredibly friendly gentleman behind the counter. We ordered a veal parmesan sub, a steak & cheese sub, a buffalo chicken quesadilla, and curly fries -- all of which were hot, fresh, and delicious (and very reasonably priced!). It was easy to see the gentleman is passionate for his craft in the way he carried himself as he made sure my family and I were totally comfortable eating in his restaurant and fully satisfied with our meals. My only regret is that we live an hour away, or else we'd be frequent customers! read more

I never write reviews, but this is a must. Worst delivery order! They quoted 35-40 minutes, it took an hour and 10. Then the two pizzas were ice cold, and mozzarella sticks look like they were dumped on the floor of the driver's car! See picture... we've ordered so many times from them, pizza was usually good. I ordered take out from this place. When I opened the salad every bit of lettuce was ROTTEN! I called for a refund and they refused to give me one. I was there order some food notice they were touching raw meat with bare hands not gloves on . Then proceed to touch. Geese and and them making pizza never washing there hands . The service here is TERRIBLE - they completely messed up our order and when we called to get the correct order, they wanted to charge us for that as well. They expected us to pay not only for the food they gave us that we didn't order, but also for the replacement. On top of that, they wanted multiple delivery charges to fix an order that they messed up. On top of all that, the food they did deliver was terrible. If you want to get revenge on an enemy, just send them a pizza from this place. read more

Food is always tasty. The chicken parm dishes are great and the calzones are high quality--the best in town. My girlfriend loves the tuna salad. Prices are totally affordable as well. I never write reviews but this experience is so crazy I can't even make it up. I ordered steak tips medium. What I recieved looked like it was cooked perfectly fine however after my first bite I noticed almost a chemical taste...I thought it was strange and tried a different piece. Same results DISGUSTING!! I called the store and they said they sell at least ten of those orders a day and has never had a complaint. Then to close the call he said if I didnt like it I should go somewhere else. I called back again to try to just get my money back and offered to bring the food back, he said he would give me 10 dollars back even though I paid 14. Having enough at this point I said fine can I come by tomorrow as I am already home. He said no, now or not at all and then hung up. Safe to say I'll never be back read more

Have gone to this place for many years and the food has always been good. But yesterday I had recently moved back to town and I had ordered food online to the to the restaurant and sent a friend down to pick it up. We are less than 1 mile from the restaurant now. Even though I just spoke with a person on the phone and mentioned that the person that picked it up and come right back. The food had not been what I expected it was not hot. The fries were lukewarm I had to re microwave them as well as steak sub that we had gotten. The tuna just didn't seem to taste right it was very mushy. I also ordered a fish fillets sub sandwich the fish fillets were overcooked and not hot. Even though I just spoke with the person on the phone they made no attempt to correct this not offering offering me something off next time or even replacing the order. I will probably try it again in the future just to make sure cuz it has always been good in the past. The person just said that the lady that picked it up had gotten there they were wrapping the last sub which was the fish sub but she must have gone somewhere on her way back but she doesn't come from here so was a straight route for her to come right there and back. I truly am sorry for this experience but I will try again the future just to see if things will go back to the way they used to be hot fresh when you get to your house. read more

Had a grilled chicken bacon ranch sub from her the other day and was very pleased with the Sandwhich. The bacon was nice and crispy and nice full slices of bacon not the anemic microwave bacon strips most sub shops use. Will definitely be coming back to this establishment. read more

The gluten free pizza was like a regular thin crust, and it tasted good. They had a decent amount of toppings on the pizza which I appreciated. We ordered online and it arrived in time for lunch. I did get a weird looking chicken wing, meaning it came out of the box that way and they probably should've not served it or not counted it in the wing count. Some people might have eaten it but I threw that out. The greek salad was good. Overall it was a good experience and I would eat there again. read more

Being Italian, I'm extremely picky regarding pizza, subs, etc. So the majority of the time I never end up liking any of these pizza places. However, this all changed when I decided to give "Town Pizza" in Wrentham, Massachusetts a shot. I recently ordered a large pizza, which I had delivered to my residence. They came in a flash. The pizza still hot, the delivery very quick, excellent service all around. After gobbling down my dinner, I had a huge smile on my face. I was ecstatic with their pizza. This is my favorite place in Wrentham Center. I've tried them all numerous times but Town always wins. They are really nice and the tables are bright so you can see what you're eating off of. They give discounts for large orders (free cheese pizza if you order 5) which was great when I ordered for school events. It's Greek pizza too with a crispy crust and lots of cheese. It's not fancy and can be a little greasy. They also make broccolli pizza which is good too! They are nice too but I hate pulling out onto the main street when you leave. read more

Love this place. The subs are awesome the chicken feta salad is the best. I come from the city of Boston and when I moved out to this part all the subs shops sucked. This place is really good as far as New England pizza goes. I like the crust, it's crispy with a nice flavor but also is slightly chewy. A good crunch with a chewy center. I got linguisa (and onions) on my pizza, yet they forgot the onions, but it wasn't the end of the world (mostly because I wasn't paying). The amount of cheese was really good, and the linguisa was in nice slices so the flavor really came through. I also tried the chicken alfredo and broccoli pizza which was also really good. The chicken was slightly tough, but the flavor of the alfredo sauce mixed with the cheese and broccoli was really great. I'd definitely order pizza from here again if I'm in this area. read more

Terribly rude staff. Food is sub par and I just found a long strand of hair in my food. This will be my last time giving my money to this place. Not to mention my son got cursed out by one of their delivery drivers for using the bathroom, not knowing it was a private restroom. We were looking for a pizza at 9 p.m., most places were closed so we stumbled upon this place, took a gamble, ordered a large pepperoni pizza with onions and green peppers on half, for pick up. When we arrived our pizza was just coming out the oven, the place smelled amazing! They are more then generous with the cheese! I have to say, I was really impressed with how good this pizza was, it was delicious! We were visiting family for Christmas and they couldn't believe how good the pizza was and said they'd be going there from now on. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza from both Wrentham Town Pizza and Wrentham House of Pizza (right across the street from each other) to do my own taste challenge. To put it simply, they are both great. Town's is softer with a chewier, more stringy cheese. House's version is much crispier thin crust and they bake their pepperoni into the cheese rather than laying them on top. House also uses a bit more toppings. House of Pizza charged me $8.50, Town is a bit cheaper at $7.35. read more

I have to say the food here is great and I use to order from here all the time at work which is right down the street from Town Pizza. Town had my business because the owner wouldn't charge us if I only ordered one thing(under $10) or a delivery charge and we figured because we ordered from there ALL the time and gave him our business. I called tonight and ordered a sub and wanted to put it on my credit card and the woman said it had to be at least $10 so I told her the owner always lets me do it. He gets on the phone and very rudely tells me only this once but never again. I hung up and Town pizza has now lost a loyal customer!! read more

I have now tried pretty much most of the pizza places around this area and just tried this one. Much better than most, cracker like crust on the pizza and plenty of options for toppings, nice taste. Service was quick and easy and the place knows the local area well since they have been here for a few years. Prices are also decent, cheaper than most. Only thing I can see as a fair complaint, they put a lot of cheese on these pizzas, I mean a lot, almost too much. It was okay, but almost over powered the pizza a bit.
