Disgusting!!! Bought a club sandwich. #1 it had cheese on it! Ive never had cheese on a club sandwich. #2 it was a floppy soggy mess! I couldnt even pick it up because it all flopped out. I love Italian Pizza. Their Greek dressing is so yummy and their pizza dough is some of the best. However, not sure what happened to my boneless ten today UPDATE* Gross: haven't eaten here since the last review. Decided to try again. Everything was horrible. The pizza tasted like it had a weird mustard taste and was way overcooked. Italian sub.. Subway does better then what was given to me. Maybe 2 pickles. Didn't save the left overs. We ordered a variety of things since it was our first time ordering from here. The food wasn't awful, but there wasn't one thing we wanted to save. NY style pizza. I've tried all the places in Bellingham and this is, hands down, my favorite. We usually get a white pizza and a red. I am not nuts about tomato sauce in general but I LOVE theirs. It's so flavorful. Good cheese, good sauce, fresh meats. Always good. I'm sick of places that put TONS and TONS of shitty cheese and burned pepperoni. I really like trying new places in the valley, and I had a coupon for Eat24 so I figured I'd give this place a whirl, what did I have to lose? Well, I didn't lose, but I really didn't gain either. I ordered some Mt dew, onion rings, mozz sticks, and baklava. Delivery was quick and free. My driver even read my instructions on knocking loudly and where the second floor is. Awesome--I'll give a two star rating for that. Mozz sticks were crisp and warm outside, and lukewarm inside. The breading was bland. The onion rings were like burger kings, yknow, the mashed up onion stuff with breading. Not what I was expecting at all. What really was frustrating was the baklava. I opened it and it smelled like hand soap. I figured it was the sauce, and took a bite. Nope the top layer tasted like soap too =( I really like branching out and trying new things, and the Eat24 app helps with that, but I don't think I'll be trying any new things from here. read more

Filthy. The food was pretty good, especially the steak and cheese sub, but the restaraunt itself was filthy. We accidently spilled soda on the floor and created a clean spot when we wiped it up. A simple mopping of the floor would improve the appearance dramatically. Not to mention the seating area was disorganized and poorly lit. Our go to when we don't want to cook. They have never gotten an order wrong and the food is always good. We ordered pizza here for a birthday party and everyone was asking where we got it as it was so good. They also are really nice, would always ask my husband how I was doing when I was pregnant(and ordering more than a normal person should) which was sweet. My absolute to go to for nights I don't want to cook. Everything I've had has been very good. I highly recommend the flavored fingers, and the blackened chicken sub. Deliveries can take a minimum of 45 minutes. But it's a good thing because it means they're busy. Couldn't speak highly enough of it. I usually order from here and at first things were great, however slowly things got worse. Today was the tipping point. I am a creature of habit and always get the same thing on the same sub, well today I got nothing on the sub. I'm not a complainer but I called and politely said that I didn't get anything I ordered on my sub, the guy stated that he cannot put on what I did not ask for... or something to that effect... problem (1) I ordered through yelp and I'm sure I chose stuff for my sub because (2) my sub has cheese on it and it doesn't come with cheese you pay extra for it and i added cheese because it's a different box option. He seemed irritated and aggravated when I mentioned that my son's son was incorrect as well. I didn't really expect anything however his attitude lead me to say it's fine, I won't order for there again to which he replied that was my choice, now Yelp is aware of my choice. He could have saved face and apologize saying that the app didn't record my other items, instead he made an already terrible day worst. I'm only giving the star because I have to. read more

Found this online and decided to order a pizza to be delivered (My house is 3 miles away), took them 1 hour and 27 minutes to deliver my pizza, and when I got it, it was super cold and hard. Restaurant.com Gift Certificate holders beware... the owner will not accept them! Also, do not use their online ordering! You will get an email confirming your order only to show up and be told that it never came through. Then you will order there it wont take long at least but then you will get home an realize they got your order wrong. In my opinion there are better pizza places right next to this place! read more

I do not recommend ordering from Italian Pizza and Grill in Bellingham, MA. The food is okay, but the service is HORRIBLE. The online ordering system is an absolute disgrace! If you request something on the side, like you are able to when placing the order, they claim they "didn't see it" and will not give it to you or refund you! I order lunch for my company almost daily and have never had such a bad experience! There are so many other restaurants with better tasting food and much better service in the area. Needless to say, neither I nor my company will be order from Italian Pizza and Grill again. read more
