Justin and his coworker did a great job. I was waffling between a couple different companies with decent reviews here, and am happy I went with these guys. I purchased the mount through them; a fully articulating mount from Monoprice that has great reviews, and seems to work just fine. They were super meticulous about getting it done correct and having everything centered, leveled, etc. I was mounting my tv on an uneven concrete block wall, and there was a moment at the end where they had a concern about one of the anchors and bolts... they took the whole thing back off the wall to make sure it was secure (which it was) and re-went through the process of centering / leveling. And they did all this without me saying a word. That tells me they're concerned about getting it done right, not just quick. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

They came out the following week at the scheduled time and took care of my issue in short order at a reasonable price. I was able to witness his integrity first hand, as the above mention work could have been done a different way cutting out holes in my drywall to string wires through and creating an undue need for patchwork and painting and additional expense. He however found a workaround and took care of the problem at a lower cost and without having to tear the place up. I was looking for a new company to install our recently purchased TV. This was our first contact with this company. Contacted Wright AV a week ago for a quote via Yelp. Since it was Sunday, I didn't expect a response until Monday or Tuesday. Within a few minutes after sending the quote request, the owner responded to me, I was stunned. I explained what was needed and was given a very fair price. We scheduled an installation appointment. Justin the owner and his partner arrived right on time. We needed our old TV that was in the living room moved to the bedroom and a new, larger TV installed in its place in the living room. We discussed the type of wall mount to use in the bedroom, height, placement etc. We could tell that they knew what they were doing. They got to work, measured a number of times before actually drilling a hole, confirmed with us the placement of the TV on the wall. Before we knew it the TV in the bedroom was installed. Now for the larger TV in the living room. Same process, they wanted to make sure the height of the new TV was right for us. Gave us a couple of options. We then asked if they could move the receiver from the top of the entertainment center to a shelf below. No problem, they proceeded without any problems. Again, these guys knew exactly what to do. They hooked up our surround sound speakers that are in the ceiling and the subwoofer to the receiver, plugged in DVD and the TV, did the speaker balancing and we were all done. Our nice new TV perfectly placed on the wall, up and running. Thank you to Justin and his partner for a great install. Great communication, outstanding response time. We asked questions and we never were made to feel like we were bothering Justin, nor did he make us feel that our questions were stupid. They were extremely kind and very professional. I found Wright AV here on Yelp and I am extremely pleased with the results in my home. Justin came out and gave me an estimate and suggested two changes in speaker locations while the house was still being built. On the day of the install, Justin was on time and he had all the equipment he had mentioned in my estimate. They installed 5 in-ceiling speakers in the living room and 5 in-ceiling speakers in the loft. They also hung 6 tvs of different sizes in the walls. I had purchased a sound bar for my Master bedroom and Justin even installed that, at no extra charge. This review is long over due... I found Wright AV on Yelp. I read the reviews and compared to a few other places (that also looked ok) but chose Wright. Justin was quick to respond to my request to come out to quote my job. I needed a new TV wall mount, installation of my 7.1 surround sound system and test some outdoor wiring for a home I just purchased. He gave my house a good inspection, gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled work to start the following week. Justin arrived on time and did a great job. He helped me get the perfect position for the mount because soon it will hold larger TV than I had him install. He wired up all of my equipment and got some outdoor speakers working that I thought were dead. He also correctly diagnosed an indoor ceiling speaker was not working but had to return later to address it. When he did, I asked if we could move the TV mount up a few inches (our console arrived after he mounted the TV) and he took care of it. He also helped me visualize a future project setup in another room. Justin was on time, professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. He perfectly centered all of my newly installed gear and did a great job cleaning up his work areas. Everything looked tight! He has an attention to detail that I prefer with this type of work which makes paying for his level of quality easy.
