They said that it's very expensive to just do nail trimmings without an actual physical or an appointment for services. WTH!!! vet techs do our dogs nails back at our old vet which was Watson vet clinic back in St. Louis. Watson vet is the best but it's now an hour drive for us. If a vet clinic can't even oblige a new client with nail trimmings then they don't deserve our business. so sad!!! I hope all country folks aren't like these people at this clinic.

However, Warrenton Vet Clinic has made the entire experience so much more manageable and we couldn't be happier. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly, letting us hang outside with our boy until they were ready and taking us in the side door - avoiding the stress of the waiting room. The room was clean and comfortable with the lights dimmed slightly which was a game changer. All of the techs and vet were so sweet and respectful of how our dog was feeling - taking extra time and attention to make sure they weren't putting unnecessary pressure on him and letting him check out their tools. The vet was especially aware of his body language and adjusted techniques accordingly to suit his needs - which meant a lot and made everyone feel more comfortable. When discussing treatment options, the vet was very straightforward and took the time to explain each option and what would be the benefit of each as well as addressing the cost and offering adjustments based on financial considerations. IF you can be absolutely positive within 5 minutes of time to drop off and to pick up AND if you…read moredon't mind paying an extra day on both ends of your reservation to accommodate the very short times that the place is open on Saturday and Sundays. They feed your pups remarkably late in the morning so often when we pick them up at 10ish they have not been fed. The owner is over the top crazed about drop offs or pick ups that are not at the scheduled time and cannot tolerate change, so if you live miles away and you can't exactly figure out your time to site you will be chastised and told to not do that. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE. It cost too much money to board the pups there and deal with terrible customer service, paying for additional days because of limited pick-up times is too much for me. The dogs might like it, but I don't.
