He tells me he can come out the next day I said I won't be available he said I didn't have to be home for him to look at it.I said ok what time. he said 8 I said ok I'll be home he shows up and says all it needs it's flashing with out even getting up in a ladder he says I can do it for $100 since I'm here. I think he quoted me $175. But he said he would do it for $100 since it was just flashing that it needed. I called my husband and he agreed to the $100. To "fix" the problem.fast forward a week later 2-2-2020 we have heavy rain the gutter is still leaking I called him asked if he can come and look at to see what going on he says to send him video so I sent him a video. He's response is it must be a leak in the roof. I said how can you if you haven't looked at. He says if I go out I'm going to have to charge you. Charge me? I hired you to fix a problem and you did. He went on to be very rude and swearing telling me to leave him alone that he was not coming to look at the gutter and stop texting him. Please. Be very careful who you hire and make sure you have a contract and everything in writing. people like this are the ones who give other reputable contractors bad names and people won't trust again.
