They said they would 'stay' until we figure this out even though, as I said, the issue actually was power/grid related. The front office staff (Angela) responded immediately and was beyond cordial. The owner (Chris) also called to try to help fix an issue which turned out to be nothing to do with the unit after all. But what a mess for 3 days..... we were all stumped. This is the type of company you want to do business with. They stick with you and want nothing more than to fix the issue. And they never even charged us for two visits. Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

I was informed that they would have the technician to my house that day. I waited all day - NO CALL, NO SHOW... I called them three or four times asking when someone would show up and was repeatedly told he is on his way. NOPE. NO SHOW. My last call was about 6:30 pm on Friday evening. I had no water for the entire Memorial Day Weekend. On Sunday evening I went to Lowes and got the parts and fixed it myself. The City turned the water back on Tuesday morning. Don't waste your time, call someone else! BTW, I used to have a service contract and regular maintenance with them after a backup in 2023 caused over $8000 in damage, which I had them do the remediation. I thought, hey, I will call them since I have had regular contact and being a good customer. WRONG. Call someone else and avoid the headache.

I don't think I can say enough positive about this firm or it's owner. My whole house air conditioner's compressor died. He said he could replace the compressor, but this is the last year parts would be available for this unit, ( it's gotta be 25 years old.). It would cost about half of what a new unit would cost, and any future repairs would likely not be possible. We went with the new unit. The next day my house and yard were swarming with HVAC guys. One team replacing the unit outside, the other in the attic removing the old coil,evaporator pan, etc. and replacing them with new. There were, at various times during the day, two company trucks and three private cars parked in our drive, all engaged in the job. Finished in one day, a technician dropped by the next day to check out how things looked in the attic, ( I found out later it had to do with the drainage of the pan and such.) Unfortunately as we had just experienced a huge rare August cool-down, we hadn't turned on the air as of the time of checkup. The next day the heat returned the air went on and all was well until my wife went through the room below the newly replaced coil and pan, and the ceiling was dripping water and sloughing the plaster topcoat from the ceiling. The evaporator pan was not draining properly. Despite the fact that it was about 8:20PM, the contractor raced over, rigged a temporary fix to drain the water outside, and said he would take care of the cost of the repairs. The drywall guys are scheduled to come Monday. So this contractor knew enough to do a drainage check the day after the install, but as luck would have it, the check took place before the problem could have appeared, due to our not having turned on the air, and rather than trying to turn the "finger of blame" towards me for whatever reason, he was appreciative that I wasn't yelling and screaming about the damage, and just said he'd cover the expense. Kudos to him and his upbringing for being honest, forthright and acting with integrity regarding the entire affair. He's definitely my "go to" guy!
