She has a high level of integrity and is always striving to learn as much as she can about the new laws and practices for both real estate and property management. Not only did I work with Tiffany prior to switching careers, I used her to purchase our first home this month. This was not a large sale, in fact I would bet on the fact that it was one of the smallest ones (price wise) that she had dealt with all summer. However, even for such a small sale, Tiffany went above and beyond to help make this sale go through. I was 9 months pregnant and had difficulty making the inspections. Tiffany and her team stepped in to handle things when my husband and I physically couldn't. She checked on our property multiple times to keep up with the long list of inspection items that needed completed before settlement. I knew she was a good agent but this is the first time I had experienced her level of care and detail first hand. My husband and I will forever be grateful to her for making this sale go through during such a busy time in our lives.

Most home owners don't really invest in their property. When we moved in there was a jungle in the front yard. As it got more and more out of control Freedom decided to come out and get it cut out of there and put down grass. This made our lives incredibly easier. They re-did the roof while we lived there. The furnace died in a fireball (maintenance guy who was working on it let us know.) Anytime something went wrong they were there, being proactive always. Even now I think back on how nice everything was with them. My new home while it's amazing to own a house there's a LOT more responsibility to it. When I first moved in I had explained to the staff here that I wanted to get ready for owning my own home and they were super supportive. Whenever we did inspects I always got tips. They LOVE animals, and even made a special exemption for one of our babies that we rescued. I cannot thank them enough for all that they've done for my family and I. I just saw the deposit refund. I had incredible amounts of trouble moving, and even still the new house isn't set up well enough. 2 Days ago the sewer backed up into our basement... Carpeted... basement... @.@. The point is that they were INCREDIBLY generous with the deposit refund, they could have easily claimed a bunch more items for repair and yet they didn't. I couldn't have asked for someone better, and 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY rent from them again!

    The company is incompetent at best. They removed a tree directly in front of my home. I had run 2…read moredrip hoses and had just planted the garden. The day after planting, they sent a tree removal service that tore up the garden as they also had the stump removed. I lost both hoses as the stump grinder tore up all the hoses. I lost all new plants, 2-250 foot drip hoses, about 2k in value. This was all because they couldn't be bothered to notify the resident of the action. I will not be doing anything more to my garden. It can rot as far as I'm concerned. This company will not communicate . . . period. If your association adopts this service, run. It is a clear indication to sell. In addition, now we have to manually apply and physically go and pick up the pool passes. These were mailed before, but this useless company now requires you to physically go to their offices and get them. Unfortunately, they are never there. We went today and they closed early. We received an email 45 minutes after we were there. This company is the worst I have ever seen. Our HOA board needs to be replaced for selecting this company,.

    UPDATE 2: So recent update as of 11/14/2025 NEVER RENT FROM THEM. They gave us a letter with our…read moredeposit back. And in the "itemized bill" they wrote all even numbers in pen. They charged me $500 saying that cleaning was $80 an hour and it took them 8 hours which is horse shit. Then they are trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to repaint the cabinets which is against the law that is regular wear and tear on the house considering it's a 100 year old house and the condition they gave me the house in was awful. They are saying we made 1600$ in damages to the house in 11 months. I am going to fight this. This place needs to be shut down and Jeff needs to be fired. UPDATE: PLEASE NEVER RENT WITH THEM. We just moved out. The front desk lady is very nice and sweet she's amazing. Jeff is very unpleasant avoid this company at all costs. The house they gave us is in pretty bad shape. When we first got there there was graffiti all over the garage full of very offensive language and images. There was also broken glass all over the floor in the garage when we arrived. When I contacted the people about it they told me it was my job to pick up the glass even though this all should've been done long before we moved in. They said they would clean it off this spring. The house had holes in the wall with fiber glass sticking out. They sent someone to fix it. As time goes on the door handles are starting to fall off the cracks in the walls are starting to happen and the paint in the shower is peeling off. The drains in the shower are very slow due to how clogged they are. The floor was very cheaply done and is starting to chip i don't know if they just painted over it or what. To pay $1300 a month and have the house fall apart the way it is with things that should've been fixed long before we moved in is ridiculous. They also do not take card or online payment in 2025 so you have to get a money order every single month and they are closed Saturday and Sunday so you have to put time in your busy schedule to pay rent when everywhere else in the area has an online portal. I am keeping record of everything that is falling apart so that they don't try to take it out of our deposit when our lease is up. They also lied and said the train only goes by once a day. The train comes by around 9 times a day and at 3AM so if you have infants or new borns probably wouldn't recommend. We are coming from Las Vegas where none of this stuff would be acceptable. Please do better next time and try to make the house livable and presentable before your tenant moves in. We shouldn't have to ask for this stuff to be done after the fact it should be done before we ever stepped foot in the house.

Whenever I have a problem with my rental home. They are on top of it ASAP. They have the problem resolved within 24 hrs-48 hrs. Now that is great service! Becky is very knowledgeable and knows the ends and out of property management. Brittany is so kind and is a very helpful when situations arise. They get the job done and I wouldn't choose any other property management company. If you need a property management company call Platinums Property Management they care and will take care of all your rental property needs. Thanks Becky and Brittany for all you have/are doing for me.
