It was always crowded, super long wait and I barely understood the doctor. I finally took matters into my own hands, looked online and found Alohi Clinic. Although I can't speak from first hand experience with the appointment, my other half had no complaints. But what I can say is booking online was easy for me and when I had to adjust times, calling was just as easy. There is a code to get into the building, which they give you, and the waiting area is a good space nice cool and quiet. They offer services like facials, hair removal, etc. but they also are an internal medicine practice so you can come for normal PCP stuff. It's pretty great. The wait is quick, the front desk is friendly and the office is clean. So far it's been great with this clinic and I'm glad we found it.

She accused me of not knowing how to use my home blood pressure monitor! Rude! Then she pointed out a direction on my new blood pressure medication that I had missed. When I said I missed that, she said "well you better learn how to read!" How insulting! When I said I know how to read, that I just missed that, she then continued with more insults "if you know how to read, then you need to learn how to follow directions." She told me I make her feel like she's giving all these directions for nothing! She literally said to me that I'm "wasting her time and paper!" I may be a 66 year old retiree, but I'm educated, 33 year career as an educator! I'm no bumpkin, and I'm not a child! I love that this is close to home, and if one doctor is out of the office, another doctor will tend to you. We first saw Dr. Raymond Salazar as a referral from a friend. He appears to be young, but still smart, caring, and good bedside manner. Later we find out he is only at this location once a week. We've seen Dr. Sneider and Dr. Layugan and have enjoyed their services as well. My toddler seems to like Dr. Layugan a lot as she resembles one of her aunties, and is easy to talk to regarding any of her medical conditions.
