Terrible communication. Lack of coordination and pathway. Very disorganized. Go somewhere else.

The indoor area has certainly gotten some upgrades - great for the all-year-round crew, for sure. The most confusing thing about the arcade is that it uses a credit system that varies largely from game to game on what it's going to cost you and what it's likely to pay out. I'm sure this is the whole point of them taking your money -- the house always wins -- but I'd prefer to know how much one credit really cost me and how much a game really is. Not that the kids care when they've got their card though. Hoping next summer some repairs are finished and we'll have a better time.

Given that half of the go-kart attractions were now unavailable, I approached the sales desk and spoke to a young manager named Keira. I asked if we could receive a rain check to come back on a better day. She pointed to a notice on the wall and informed me, "It's our policy. The fine print states that we do not offer rain checks or refunds due to weather." I expressed my disappointment, as I feel it's unrealistic and unscrupulous to expect most customers to read fine print on the wall before purchasing tickets. In my opinion, businesses like this should consider more customer-friendly policies, especially when a significant portion of their attractions are uncovered and entirely dependent on the weather. While others may have their own opinions, I personally won't support a business that lacks flexible policies for paying customers when their offerings are so easily affected by conditions beyond anyone's control.

My son wanted to spend his birthday jumping on trampolines, so we ended up celebrating here!…read more This location is very convenient for us. It's easy to get to and has plenty of parking, which made arriving stress free. We visited on a Saturday during Glow Night. The event started at 8:00 p.m. and ran until closing at 10:00 p.m. Two hours of jump time was about $30 per person, plus the cost of Sky Zone socks. If you already own a pair of Sky Zone socks, be sure to bring them because they'll honor them as long as they're the Sky Zone brand. For Glow Night, they sell glow shirts for $10, but I really appreciated that they also let you wear your own white shirt instead. I like having that option since some trampoline parks require you to purchase their glow shirt, I like to save where I can. One thing I noticed is that this location doesn't have as many attractions as some of the other trampoline parks we've visited. Unfortunately, a few of the attractions were also out of service during our visit, which was disappointing and definitely bummed my kids out, especially the wipe out because they love challenging each other on that. Even so, they still enjoyed playing basketball, competing in dodgeball, and tackling the Ninja Warrior course. Those attractions kept them entertained throughout the evening. They also have a concession stand if you want snacks or drinks, but we had eaten before we arrived, so we didn't try any of the food.

This is a not-so-busy trampoline park on the southside. It is fairly clean and sign-up/…read moreregistration is fast and easy, especially if you sign the waiver online first. Some of the landing pads seem a little flat so I think those should be replaced soon.

We always get pizza and the salad bar. We even recently booked his winter birthday party there. The staff is wonderful! The facility is clean. However, it is run more like an indoor amusement park now. You can purchase timed unlimited game usage or points. There are no more tickets to lug around the place. The number of tickets you collect are stored on your card. They have gone ticketless and have shifted to a more electronic operation. My little ones loved this place. I gave them an hour of unlimited, and that was perfect. They really liked the interactive dance floor, the picture booth, and the ghost buster game. They also liked the Chuck E. Cheese car and the big piano. Yeah, the toys and candy that you can purchase with your tickets are pretty cheap and you could probably get most of the obtainable ones at the dollar store. I get it, it is kind of a rip off. But as long as the littles are happy that is acceptable for me. The place is clean and they have a wide range of games that are suitable for all ages. You and your kids get matching ultraviolet stamps, which they check on the way out to make sure you are leaving with the child you came with. They have been doing this for years and glad to see that they are continuing to do so. They are always available for birthday parties, even though I think it would have to be a small party due to the size of the place. I know that the Cheese has had its financial issues, but I like where they are headed. They have adapted and been providing good year round family fun for as long as I can remember. I will definitely bring my crew back soon...if they are good.
