They were excellent all around, from Amy, the moving coordinator, to Josh, Joe and Neil the three gentlemen that performed my move. Communication from Amy was clear, prompt and friendly. The movers arrived right on time for an 8 am start. They knew their stuff. In addition to moving a couch, desk, and chair among other items, they moved my 55" flat screen tv and my Queen-sized sleep number bed with no problems. They do charge an up charge to pack the tv into a specific moving box for flat screens, which I thought was fair and much better than them simply trying to wrap it. They worked quickly and were done loading in 90 minutes. They were also familiar with my new building and knew where to park to unload and quickly got me set up and everything was completed by 1 pm. Moving is stressful, and the movers saw me when I was not at my best, and their friendliness, good humor, and competence really helped me get through the day. I thought the pricing was competitive for a professional service. I did call other companies to compare, and one of them wanted to charge 3x the price to move the flat screen tv, and didn't want any responsibility for the sleep number bed!! Just silly. They broke several things and most can't be repaired or replaced. There are things I have not yet found even though the items from the same rooms have been unpacked. I thought I did my due diligence by checking the available sources for feedback. Today my carpet which just needed a refresher looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years. There are dirt spots that were not present. There is a sticky residue that will not allow my vacuum to go over. I am beyond disappointed . Please I repeat do not use Robs. He will ruin your carpet. Ive spent the better part of my day trying to get out dirt spots to no avail. I messaged him and he has not responded.

My mother in-law's house was shocking, a hoarding situation, and we felt paralyzed at the thought of trying to clean it out ourselves. We called Junk Hammers and as I tried to explain the situation, Frank reassured me that it was nothing they hadn't seen before and they could even come out that same day while we were in the area to give us an estimate. The other Frank was on time for our given appointment window, very thorough, took pictures and reassured us that again, this was no problem at all and they have seen worse. He told me we'd receive an estimate by email later today, and it was in my inbox within an hour of leaving our appointment. The estimate was very fair and we were relieved that this was a service we could afford. We asked if they had availability this week and they were able to accommodate our request for a day we were able to come back into the area since we aren't local. The night before the clean out Frank called me to confirm and they were on time the morning of the clean out as well. Their communication was top notch through the entire process. We let the team know that the only thing we wanted them to save for us was coins if they found them. They called us about halfway through the job so they could give us a box they found. The honesty was truly appreciated as we never would have know if they didn't call. Our kids have a coin collection so they were beyond excited to sort the coins the team found. Start to finish this was an amazing experience and the service is absolutely 5 stars.
