He was hella cool and I left shocked at how happy I was with my appointments with him. He seems genuinely interested in helping people so 10/10 fs! Wow, with the recent renovation the lobby looks very spiffy. I also really like that they relocated the Pharmacy to right by the entrance. It's a lot easier acces-wise than walking down a couple halls. I've always had pretty good experience with Health and Wellness. I usually make appointments online. You have to currently enrolled in their system in order to access site. Once in, you can easily make an appointment. When visiting, it's the usual clinic wait time. It does get a little busier later in the year around flu season. The doctors and nurses I've seen have been very nice and helpful. Last year my eye was bugging me a lot and I went in to check it out. My doctor was afraid I had damaged my cornea so she called up a local eye doctor in Moscow to get me in immediately. She even called and checked up on me a few days later to make sure everything had turned out fine. Her thoughtfulness been very memorable. They're closed on the weekends except for urgent care. I've only gone in once under those circumstances. The doctor saw me almost immediately, I don't even remember any other people coming in for medical advice. I was in and out with a prescription relatively quickly and back in my bed to hibernate. They validate parking if you go in for medical services if I remember correctly. I went to the WSU vision clinic today. Last week I broke my glasses that I bought on the west side. I have no insurance but I needed my glasses fixed so I could....see. I walked into the clinic and told them my story expecting to have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. The attendant was so kind and immediately took my glasses, fixed the lens, put on new nose pads, and cleaned them so they looked brand new. FREE OF CHARGE! I was nervous to go in based on my payment situation but the clinic immediately put me at ease and encouraged me to come back if I had any issues! So kind and helpful! read more

They just rip you off. They are awful at giving the information about the costs of services, specially the billing office. I have got unexpected and very expensive bills for the visits or services and had to pay them, even though I had asked the billing office about the costs before them. They just try to confuse you by giving incomplete and vague explanations about the insurance coverages. Also, some of the services are from other places, like pullman hospital, even if they are being done in this center, and that is why you will get very expensive bills, but no one explains this stuff to you before the service. read more

I am a student at WSU and I refuse to go here for healthcare. One of the nurses is competent and that is about it. If I am sick I wait for the weekend and drive 8 hours back to the west side to get healthcare. Even for something as simple as a sprain, or strep throat. Nobody here is well trained, and I absolutely refuse to go here. Most students have more medical knowledge than the doctors in this place. It is well known on campus to avoid this place at all costs. You can't trust the doctors here, and have to be constantly alert of every single thing they are doing. read more

The struggle I've had for my medical at the school is unbelievable even with my proper documentation and medical history. They've sent me all over the place to get retesting done and there trying to charge me over $300 to do so even after being tested twice before. I've seen two doctor's here and a more recent male doctor treated me terribly and was extremely diresctful towards me. I have a lot of chronic issues that I've had to go to a hospital for and have had the same doctor's for countless years until I moved to pullman and had to transfer everything. Trying to pick up my medications from the pharmacy is only a convience, but they tried to over charge me $100 for just one of my medications so I just took my prescription somewhere else and paid $120 less and the place I went to wasn't even preferred by my insurance. health and wellness as a whole needs a complete makeover. it's impossible to get your needs fully met when you have to always wait at LEAST over a week to even maybe get an appointment in and if you're not there the minute that the appointment is on they'll charge you and cancel the appointment even though you'll still be waiting in the waiting room for the doctor for at least 15 minutes anyways if you do make it on time. also, when you do get in for an appointment and meet with the doctor they likely will not give you any information or services and send you on your way. i was sick for almost two months with bronchitis and i was given nothing but told to give it rest, and "everyone's sick in college!" when i needed so much more than that. also, they only prescribe generic brands of medicine so they made it impossible for me to get the same birth control that i was on back home and just gave me a different pill with different shitty side effects which is not what i needed. 0/10 recommend but unfortunately it's the only option for broke students in pullman. very disappointed and would never go back if i didn't HAVE to because of my deteriorating health. boooooooooo read more

Worst fucking place in campus, now I have a busy schedule between random work shifts and school. For me to make an appointment is nearly impossible, I have now tried to go there twice in the last two days. The first trip I was told they were booked up and can't help but they still asked what was wrong and when I told them I can get any sleep due to a sore throat and sinus congestion I was told a nurse could look at it but it wouldn't help me out. This was understandable and I was not irritated by this. The check in woman who was very nice nothing agaisnt them told me Saturdays are only walk in's 9-1. When I go at 11:30 because I still can not sleep I'm told they are booked up when they only allow walk in's. What kind of bull shit is that we only allow walk in's but if you can and make an appointment it's okay. To me this just seems dumb and I have gone through this multiple times with health and wellness. Whether it was I broke my foot and they told me nothing was wrong when a two other doctors said it was, and just how they treat students absolutely hate this olace. read more

Horrible service, the staff act as if your presence is ruining their day. Very unorganized, I had an appointment for an x-ray and they made me wait an hour just to get one. Then a doctor came, 30 minutes later, and explained the x-ray for a few minutes and left me without being able to ask questions. I would expect more for a university Heath clinic. read more
