We have a few nanny cams set up for the baby and could see she would spend a lot of time playing with Carly and take her for a long walk. You can really tell she loves dogs. My dog was always more calm at the end of the day.. Being a small breed dog, she was very energetic and you could definitely tell the extra exercise was helping her. Carly even started to shed a little weight! I've since moved out of the area, but whenever I go back to visit friends and family, I still hire her to take Carly out if I have a busy day planned. Carly loves her and gets very excited when we mention the walker (A.J)'s name! I would HIGHLY recommend this service. You won't get better care anywhere else!

We noticed our dogs were restless at night and had tons of energy. Our neighbor told us she noticed the walker was in and out of the house in 10 minutes...and did not take the dogs on a walk. We set up cameras and sure enough..she took our money...left our dogs in the house for 10 hour days..and only let them out back to use the bathroom!! Her visits were 7 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you love your animals - this is NOT the walker/caretaker you want!!!!!!

Pawsitively Golden Pet Care's Twilight overnights was exactly the service I needed to provide me…read morethe peace of mind I needed while traveling in Europe for 2 weeks. Katy and MaKayla provided wonderful care for my two golden retrievers, keeping me consistently updated on their activities and playing/walking them more than they even get when I'm at home with them. I could tell by the updates that the girls genuinely loved my dogs and appreciated their unique personalities, which was such a comfort as I have a very difficult time leaving them! They even went "frog hunting" with the pups every night in the backyard. I came home after two weeks to a spotless house, and they even bathed the dogs while I was away. I also appreciated that with this service comes advance scheduling, coverage for cancellations, etc., all that you can't get with a Rover sitter and what I couldn't take a risk on with such a big trip. I can't recommend this service enough and will definitely be using them again!

Not only did help me raise the funds by sharing my fundraiser, she grew to love both my dogs. I never leave the house unless my boyfriend is home because my dog has separation anxiety and destroys the house. The new dog has grown severely attached to me, I assume from whatever trauma he faced on the streets. The new one is not crate trained and screams and soils himself if you put him in one. I have a lot of medical conditions that I used to have to cancel appointments for if I my boyfriend was out of town for work. Now I am able to call PGPC and they sit with my boys for the hour I'm gone and make sure they are safe! I honestly would be lost with out them.

Amber, the owner of CFPS, had written a promotional post about her business on Facebook. I was quite impressed with what she had to say, so I reached out to her for cat care. It turned out that currently, she only serves the Carolina Beach area. However, Amber had been training her husband David to provide pet care as well. When Amber and David came to our house for kitty orientation, I immediately felt comfortable in their presence. So did Rex, who collapsed to the floor at their feet, demanding a tummy rub! David did an exceptional job with our pets and home. He sent me texts and photos daily. When my husband and I arrived back home, everything was done as we asked....mail collected, fresh water, adequate food level.....and David even swept around the litter boxes. So, when we went to Italy this spring, I hired David again. Once again, we were very pleased with the service that he provided.

Three weeks later, for a follow-up vaccination, I was advised to give 1 1/2 tablets of trazodone ... triple the prior recommendation. When I walked my dog onto the scale at this second visit, she weighed 33 lbs. The clinic had recorded her weight at 49.5 lbs from the prior appointment three weeks ago, despite the fact that she does not weigh anywhere near that. Either she was not weighed, or her weight was recorded incorrectly. That evening, she remained incredibly lethargic more than 10 hours after dosing and would not get up for her walk. I contacted an emergency veterinary clinic, whose immediate response to the dosage was, "Oh my, you may need to contact pet poison." I was instructed to closely monitor her and bring her in if symptoms worsened. This morning, I called CBAH to ask what the maximum safe dose of trazodone would be for a 33-lb dog. I was told they did not know and would need to ask the veterinarian. When I pointed out the incorrect weight and resulting overdose risk, there was absolutely no concern expressed and no accountability for any of the errors. CBAH advised me to give a 33lb dog 150mg of trazodone. Medication dosing errors can be so dangerous, especially in senior dogs. Would absolutely not bring your dog here.
