No hello, greetings or hey I was be right with you, nothing. I was there for over 40 mins waiting, two staff members there. One assisting the other only customer there, when i was there. And the other staff member kept leaving for long periods of time knowing I was there waiting. it took over an hour to get my tags renewed from waiting. I was better off going to the DVM to pay my tags.

It was such a hassle as AAA did not know how to transfer them and the DMV made a mistake on the sale/ transfer of my previous car.
