THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF! JUST GO TO THE DMV INSTEAD OR FIND SOEMWHERE ELSE! my boyfriend had gone in to register a 1996 Toyota Camry. He came back home after paying $533 and we went straight back to ask for a refund. Before going in I had called to ask for an estimate for "myself" on a 1996 Toyota Camry and was told it would be 300-400. I mention how Joseph overcharged my bf and he tells me he was charging an estimate, anyways I go in with the dmv renewal notice which says $215 and Joseph says "we never had this paperwork before so i was just estimating and our computers have been giving us errors". they will TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE!! to the WORKERS: y'all got CLOCKED today and looked EMBARRASSING bye. don't try to blame ur scumminess on technical errors. read more

You can tell it's family run and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The decor is adorable and the logo...is so cute I could die. I must've mentioned how much I loved it about 3 times. The insurance companies they offer never respond when it comes down to an accident you basically have to hunt them down whether or not you have liability or full coverage another thing is the outrageous pricing how is it possible adding someone to a policy is $100 and adding a vehicle is $100 on top of charging you $50 dollars for "remainder of the month" of the policy when it was 4 days. I was not told that's what the $250 were for since I made the change a few days before it was time for my policy to charge and paid for the vehicles charges in cash. I was never told that's what the $250 would be for they simply told me it would be $250 a month and paid but now that my policy premium is due I got charged an additional $250 for the car I supposedly had already paid for when added to the policy. I'd take my business elsewhere because had I known that the first $250 was not going to my policy I wouldn't have gotten it in that moment and found somewhere else to take my business with that vehicle. read more
