Such an awful company. Terrible service. Liars. When I first called the company, they gave me a decent quote for insurance, but in the end, they billed me $160 more. When I asked what those figures were for, they lies that it was a fee required by the DMV. Two weeks later, I was shocked when they charged my account again; they claimed the previous payment had been for their service fees. Three months later, right after another payment, I received a notification that my insurance had been cancelled. A manager kept me on the line for an hour and a half, claiming the problem was that I hadn't submitted documents for my wife. What does my wife have to do with my insurance and car? She doesn't drive it; she doesn't even live with me. Why should my insurance coverage be terminated? When I asked about this, the representative said the issue is pending and promised to call back in a couple of hours. He didn't call back that day or the next. I contacted them today; they kept me on the line for two and a half hours, only to tell me at the end that my insurance agent would get back to me on Monday. I told them that wasn't acceptable--they had charged me and then cancelled the policy at their own discretion, without a single call, message, or warning! They simply took the money and walked away. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor , they said he would call back in half an hour, but no one ever did. Now I'm stuck at home until Tuesday--without food or water, since living in California makes it impossible to even go to the store without a car--and I have to miss work on Monday because they failed to fix the problem today. Horrible customer service. Website is a straight up lie. Website gave me multiple quotes that I screenshot then when it was time to pay the site would glitch and give me a quote 3x & 4x the amounts originally quoted. This happened multiple times than I spoke to multiple agents who wasted my time with deceiving and untrustworthy gibberish. Then a manager told me one price transferred me to another agent who totally hit me with a much higher quote once again. I respectfully declined and proceeded to block all their numbers. They still call me and email me from other numbers with better quotes and revised deals for me. I had already got other insurance immediately after they wasted my time. Absolutely awful! Started a policy for my husband two weeks ago. For a week and a half the company continue to send me documents of someone else's personal protected information and their insurance policy, repetitively asking me to sign their insurance policy. When I told them the insurance policy did not belong to my husband they completely stopped responding. Then I receive a message a couple of days later asking to sign my husband's insurance policy. The insurance policy had the wrong address on it. I asked them to update the address on the insurance policy and I would send it back. They then tell me that it was changed internally and to sign the paperwork. The incorrect address is still on the paperwork! After the paperwork is signed, I let them know. I get no response. A couple of days later I get a text messages asking for address verification. The next day I get a text message that says the insurance policy is canceled. Over $300 to start an insurance policy and in 2 weeks after their lack of professionalism and attention to detail and they want to cancel the policy because they are behind with their timelines for sending me the wrong information! As someone said previously their broker fees are inconceivable, I was looking to get full coverage so I canceled the policy I had then that is when i was told that depending on the fees I could charged up to $50 or more, and that it some occasions the refund can be $1-$2 and I told them I was a new customer and had only been covered for 5 days that didn't matter. but according to the California department of insurance policies with cancellation fees must disclose those fees in writing,including the amount or the maximum possible amount which they failed to do in both documents I was sent. read more

I really hate the idea of having to wait so long to be helped and then to talk to someone that tries to tell you that your policy doesn't allow for me to add another car unless it's in my name. And I now have to pay more. It feels like curacao when they try scamming people to get things they don't need to get points at work or something. I came here today trying to find renters insurance and I was desperate cause I got served a notice from my landlords. I was told it was $265 for a year which i thought was highway robbery since it's less than half that amount elsewhere. Since I didn't care and just wanted it taken care of I emptied my wallet and even took all my change from my car just to scrape up the $265. I gave the agent my I.D. And wrote down my address but he still put the wrong address on my policy and I only noticed when I presented it to my landlords. Well, the closest office to me was in Anaheim. The person at the Covina office told me to tell them I was sent by her and that they would see me right away. 90 minutes later, I wasn't helped. The seating system here sucks. It is not first come first serve. It is current customers come first, before any non-appointment new customers. It should be appointments first come, first served.
