Horrible customer service. Website is a straight up lie. Website gave me multiple quotes that I screenshot then when it was time to pay the site would glitch and give me a quote 3x & 4x the amounts originally quoted. This happened multiple times than I spoke to multiple agents who wasted my time with deceiving and untrustworthy gibberish. Then a manager told me one price transferred me to another agent who totally hit me with a much higher quote once again. I respectfully declined and proceeded to block all their numbers. They still call me and email me from other numbers with better quotes and revised deals for me. I had already got other insurance immediately after they wasted my time. I tried them out for the first time 5 days ago and they have little to no customer courtesy at all. As someone said previously their broker fees are inconceivable, I was looking to get full coverage so I canceled the policy I had then that is when i was told that depending on the fees I could charged up to $50 or more, and that it some occasions the refund can be $1-$2 and I told them I was a new customer and had only been covered for 5 days that didn't matter. but according to the California department of insurance policies with cancellation fees must disclose those fees in writing,including the amount or the maximum possible amount which they failed to do in both documents I was sent. read more

I really hate the idea of having to wait so long to be helped and then to talk to someone that tries to tell you that your policy doesn't allow for me to add another car unless it's in my name. And I now have to pay more. It feels like curacao when they try scamming people to get things they don't need to get points at work or something. I came here today trying to find renters insurance and I was desperate cause I got served a notice from my landlords. I was told it was $265 for a year which i thought was highway robbery since it's less than half that amount elsewhere. Since I didn't care and just wanted it taken care of I emptied my wallet and even took all my change from my car just to scrape up the $265. I gave the agent my I.D. And wrote down my address but he still put the wrong address on my policy and I only noticed when I presented it to my landlords. I had to waste my time and gas driving back there to fix this problem and the gentleman never seemed like it mattered. Well, the closest office to me was in Anaheim. The person at the Covina office told me to tell them I was sent by her and that they would see me right away. 90 minutes later, I wasn't helped. The seating system here sucks. It is not first come first serve. It is current customers come first, before any non-appointment new customers. It should be appointments first come, first served. this company is afiliated with "alliance united insurance company" i am a current unsatisfied customer. i called in alliance united insurance company to change my billing adress (0nly) and they changed it by phone to another zipcode. 2 weeks later i got a bill for double the money of what i was paying for and i called in to clarify it. they didnt help at all and they didnt let me change my adress to the zip code it was in the first place. they said i needed to proove i was living there but they didnt hesitate to change it to another zipcode in the firstplace to charge me double of what i was paying for. if this is the way they treat costumers when you want to change the adress back imagine if you get in an accident how they are gonna treat you. this is riddiculous so i canceled my insurance right away. be carefull with this type of insurance. its apparently "cheap" but you end up paying a whole lot more than they tell you cause of all the hidden fees and horrible customer service read more
