So all of my fun times doing my YES stuff, has caused me to pay better attention to my size, and…read morehow there needs to be less of me this year. With that I embarked on a weight loss program that is working well for me. Based on the simple premise of less food in (obviously) and better choices of what to eat, increase in times per day with smaller portion sizes, has led this guy to be down at the time of the review 48 lbs. For the most part has not been overly burdensome and for. Me the best part of it all is I am using all my own foods and to this point no additional "working out" to get to where I need to be. With weekly weigh ins to help keep myself in check, and a monthly check in and talk with your diet counselor to discuss results and challenges, you are able to keep the faith and not just fall off the wagon. That's not to say you won't have cheat days, because you will, it's just not doing it daily or every other day. Additional they also have a retail side with plenty of foods to choose from that help you make those meal choices a bit simpler and provide good snack foods as well. For those of you fighting the buldge like me, try Monarch. Plus it's covered by lots of insurance so most of my costs are covered as well!

Before my first appointment I called to make sure my insurance can be bill for their services. I was told yes and that I have to pay a copay of $55; I did in my 2 appointments, I did not like their services so I stop going I did not want supplements I wanted to learn how to proportion and eat healthy food, so what they want is you to buy their products. so that is the reason why I did not continue with their services. I have called several time their bill department and as today I have not get anyone on the line. I do not recommend you going there.

My wife, my sister and my brother in-law have been addressing it in a more proactive and learning about diabetes and how to make small alterations to your lifestyle to improve your glucose response. I have been going down this path with an open mind, and I want to be able to control things and not have drugs control it for me. I heard a lot of good things from my brother in-law about Dr. Voves and the Meadows Health and Wellness clinic and the things she does with her patients in being proactive, empathetic and responsive to your needs. I want to get myself in a better place of health, it is not terrible, but why wait until things are bad. I felt she listened to me well and we are talking a few other items also that will improve my overall health. We could talk and discuss things vs most Dr's just tell you what they want to tell you and off to the next patient. I really feel I found a Dr that will work with me, have an open mind and help me reach that next level of controlling my health and being proactive about it. Her office team Paige and Colleen are fantastic and complement the office very well with great attitudes, not rushing you and make you also feel warm and invited. I am just starting my journey with them, and my gut tells me that this is the right path! If you are looking for something nonmainstream then this is a great place to start and check out.

Can't say enough great thins about Dr. Taxman! He is the rare kind of doctor who genuinely cares --…read morenot just about your symptoms, but about bringing you into full health. What sets him apart is his ability to balance naturopathic and allopathic approaches in a way that's truly tailored to you as an individual. He doesn't apply a one-size-fits-all protocol -- he listens, assesses, and meets you where you are. Working with him has been a genuinely positive experience, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a thoughtful, dedicated practitioner who takes your whole health seriously.

Welllife is a full on clown show. Annie Grossarth and Dr.Harding have no idea what they're doing…read morelegally speaking and they keep lying Imagine asking a doctor for help and the below happens. Then reporting it to owner and she states services were still rendered so payment is still required. Then having to repost this review 66 separate times because the doctor is trying to hide what happened. The next step is going to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine to maybe get some justice? I work full time, just started a full time Masters program, still dealing with extreme fatigue which was the main reason for my visit and I'm STILL trying to get some kind of resolution. I thought Taxman was a good doctor but he was horrible, self flattering, snide, and indifferent in helping me. I'm still flabbergasted because I thought I was choosing a good doctor who could guide me to other good doctors and give me advice. I did not get that at all. He could have rescheduled me with someone else if he knew he wasn't going to help me. People get away with things because they rely on others being quiet about it and I won't be silenced. Here are some more details I initially left out of the below review because Taxman seemed confused. While I was having a panic attack he held up his wedding ring hand in front of him and waved his hand around showcasing his ring-- I'm not sure why he thought that was appropriate? What does his relationship status have to do with my appointment? Is this standard for all his appointments? He seemed confused, I told him while in the middle of a panic attack I'm not here to date you??? I'll continue to repost this until the end of time, no patient should have to deal with this and then pay $800/hour My appointment with Dr.Taxman was incredibly disappointing. I had a small panic attack at the beginning of the appointment, when I recovered I looked up and his head was tilted down and eyes looking up glaring at me... he looked angry? We just sat there and stared at eachother for maybe 60 seconds until I broke off the stare off. It was scary, bizarre, and cruel. I was as mostly looking down with my eyes closed during this panic attack, so this came out of no where. Nothing warrants that response from a doctor. I still asked about my issues, I have year round allergies I asked about and he shrugged and mentioned one drug, that was it. We went over two prescriptions I have, he said wow that's a high dosage when referring to my antidepressant, he did not elaborate. There was a knot on my throat he said he would be willing to see through till the end-- I'm OK, I'll go to another doctor. It's clear he didn't want me in the appointment and he had an attitude the majority of the time. He rolled his eyes twice while I was talking. I read glowing reviews from other patients who he's helped with similar issues before booking. There were STILL several other issues but I'll leave it at that, he seemed confused by the purpose of the visit. I overestimated his abilities as a professional and as a doctor. Taxman has weak character and questionable moral compass if this is how he treats people/patients. Edit: I went to a real doctor and turns out my insomnia/extreme fatigue is from perimenopause, started HRT and my sleep has improved immensely. I didn't expect Taxman to know that necessarily but his suggestion for my sleep issues was that I was bored... and to stop taking day naps... Since I experience extreme anxiety and panic attacks I'm looking into options to help me, not here though. Since I said I was going to report my experience with Taxman to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine because Dr Harding and Annie Grossarth weren't doing anything to help me they cancelled my Cymbolta appointment and said this wasnt a good fit FOR ME lol. They made that choice FOR ME... yikes. So if a doctor does anything similar to you and you report it you'll probably be denied access to healthcare here... yikesssss. Yes this is also being reported to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine too, I'm shocked that any of this is legal. I'd have to talk to more people to figure out legality in Oregon. How many other patients have had similar issues here and they couldn't defend themselves. Try giving patients kindness and dignity, get some ethics training as an organization. Anyways, this place is a JOKE
