SP sent me an invoice to get documents required for the audit. In return, SP sent me someone elses W2! Instead of responding to her customer in a professional manner, SP resorted to petty and insulting email exchanges that never answered any of my questions. Unfortunately, another SP customer, my Wife, is dealing with the same audit issues and getting the same unprofessional treatment.
