I went in for classic Eyelashes for the first time and she did a wonderful job on the Eyelashes. When it got to the lip waxing, tweezers were used instead and accidentally took off part of the skin. She did refund the $10 but it's going to take some time for this to heal and I don't know that it will ever look normal. read more

They could do the job but I won't go back there any more!!!! The front desk guy asked me to signature the options with exact price I chose for my nails and toes. It's ok. The most unexpected cones when the final charge went up by $20. I had to pay extra $20 more than the price I had signed in advance. I asked why? The woman at the front counter said they have done this or that to me that I had no idea at all. They asked me sign the paper beforehand but they changed the plan and raised the price at the end . plus the tips. I paid $120 altogether, 40 dollars above what I have signed on the paper. Took my mother in law for her first pedicure. It was the day after Christmas, and we called morning of and were told we could pick any time and they would accommodate us, and they did! As soon we got there they got us in chairs within five minutes. We each had a mimosa. We got the second level up pedicure, I got the coffee scent and she got the honey scent. She got regular polish, I got gel and we both loved every facet of our pedicures. Everything was clean, and the massage portion was heavenly. I am from out of town, and it usually costs about $100 with tip for a gel pedicure (without a cocktail) and this only cost us $125 TOTAL for everything including tip, and it was on par with the pedicures I pay much more for. I have been going to this nail salon regularly for over a year. I usually call ahead and they can accommodate me pretty quickly. I have taken groups of friends on several occasions. We love it. The staff is always friendly and professional. The establishment is clean and modern. The massage chairs may be my favorite part. I have never felt any pressure to purchase more than what I request. This place is a toss up, they have only 1 or 2 good people and the rest leave you with horrible results, they do not know how to apply the products and their pedicures, just sub-par, forgot their "massage", all they do is rub lotion on very lightly on the same spot until it starts to irritate your leg. I have been going to this place since they opened, apparently the management has changed. The Nexium Dipped nails cost $47 full set. All of the sudden they want to charge $5 extra dollars because the shape was not round or square, I get round always. They were to give me a $5 credit on my next visit but they did not, the next time I went they tried to charge me again the $5 because the lady does not know what a round nail shape is. I went to Wylie nail bar before and got my toes done and it was ok but I just recently had gone and got my nails done and I was very disappointed. I had to tell the lady doing my nails multiple times that I didn't want the corners to be rounded and even after mentioning it multiple times she still rounded them out. My nails are also all different lengths I have some that or shorter then others and I asked for square shaped and they aren't even straight. Over all I will not be going back because of how many times I had to ask to not round them out and the lady still did and they aren't even. read more

The service was friendly and my manicure was nice. The place was clean and they have plenty of technicians that are attentive. However, I was not happy with my next gen. I got a light pink multi color glitter powder, the color when applied was very patchy and not pretty. I assume it was because the tech did not mix/stir the powder thoroughly. I even mentioned it to her how the color was not attractive, it looked dirty. She said it looked fine, and that's how it's suppose to look. Maybe it was just my luck. I was very unhappy with my experience here. I got the dip nails. I also paid extra to have my cuticles trimmed. I told her that one of the tips was too short (didn't cover my nail) so she turns to her friend and starts speaking their language and then started laughing. She fixed it and continued on. The nails were to thick. She did not use the tool enough to smooth them out. They started popping off in a about a week. By a week and a half 3 were off and several more were pulling up on the edges. I noticed after I left that this had not been done. I went back short of 2 weeks to have them removed. She put my hands in the remover, came back and scraped them twice and then left me there for another 20 minutes. Finally, another girl comes to finish the job. I had asked since the nail trimming was not done (which other salons do not charge for) would they please take the $5 off what I was having done. All she said was "very sorry". The manicure was $18. Since my toes were still ok but a different shade of red, I asked her to put one coat on my toes. She did and when I got up to pay she charged me $5 for that without telling me ahead of time. She did not take off for the cuticle removal that was not done. In two weeks I spent $120 and I'm at home painting my fingers myself. NOT HAPPY! I will not return. read more

I love that they have everyone who comes in immediately wash their hands and they provide face masks for anyone who does not have a mask. I just got the Crystal Pure Organic pedicure. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately greeted by the girl at the desk. She was very pleasant and made conversation. I didn't have to wait, just picked my color then was seated. First time here . The lady that did my pedicure asked me if I wanted my nails cut , I replied yes , just straight across and not to short because it gets a little painful if it's to short . She cut them and shaped them round . Completely changed the shape of my nails and took them down very short . Not a very pretty pedicure and the massage was probably one of the worst I've ever had . I paid more to get a massage. The lady was nice but apparently she didn't understand English . That's ok ! However why say you understand when you don't , let's take the time to get it understood and when I mentioned that to the manager , she replied " she's shy" Ok she's shy , but I left with uneven toe nails all different shapes and I still paid and tipped . Even if she had shaped my nails and not cut them far down, I have to say that even the extra callous remover felt like it was watered down and not thorough at all . My daughter and I got the signature manicure today; I read online that it was $25 and didn't want to spend a lot. We got there and it was $35.. first disappointment. I understand inflation, but please update your sources. I thought about getting just the classic, but it was for my daughter's birthday and she really wanted the hot towels and scrub. I thought the time spent on the service would make up for the price. Wrong. It was definitely not worth the $16 more that you pay. The lady who did my manicure was good and took her time, but the man who did my daughter's rushed through it. He didn't even leave the hot towels on long, which is what we paid the huge up charge for. At one point, I heard him mumble something and saw her look up at him with almost an apologetic look.. I asked later what happened and she said that he got frustrated because some polish rubbed off one finger onto another. I wanted to leave a tip for my technician and nothing for hers, but since the lump the invoices together, 10% ended up going to each. My daughter said she doesn't want to go back. We had never been there before, but wanted to try it out and we left totally disappointed. It's a shame.. my word of advice to them is have a little compassion and remember that the reason for our visit may be some child's birthday gift. :( read more
