It was empty in there, should have been a cue for me. The girl who did my manicure was very unwelcoming. Seemed irritated from the start to finish. Rough handled my hands for a simple manicure with gel. Same experience with the girl doing my pedicure. Hurt me with exfoliating scrub that felt more like sand paper being rubbed on my legs. Worst experience! Very unkind ladies. And you are catholic, shame on you. Bad experience from start to finish and have never been prompted to leave, ever! Quite the contrary have been asked many times to stay as long as wanted. I paid $101 to be treated unkindly. Worst nail salon experience of my life. And sad to say, but the salon is old, dirty and lifeless. I was trying to enjoy the chair massage and the lady who did my feet brought my shoes while the other brought kiosk to pay. Over charged as well, man who left told me different amount. Very rude ladies who just wanted to leave at 7:40pm. I got there a little before 7. Never go again! Don't go. Some advice to the 2 ladies! As a business owner myself, I appreciate and love my customers. They help keep me in business and I'm grateful because they help put food on my table and pay my bills!!! And I also love providing them with good service because it reflects how I appreciate them and feels good to make them smile. Y'all need to find joy to give it to others. Got the job done... but wouldn't be my first choice. There was nothing inherently wrong with the service. It was quick and the employees were very friendly. However, my nail tech was a little rough and cut both of my pinky fingers when cutting my cuticles. And she didn't really do anything while they were bleeding or apologize. The salon was pretty clean and kind of busy. It was $40 for a simple gel mani though. I made a next day appointment, so I'd recommend if you need something quick. read more

My go to spot! They always get me in quickly even when I make an appointment on a Saturday. They are very kind and friendly and have a great range of options to choose from. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a 20$ gift card for my little sister. When she went in to use it they were saying there was only 10$. I had a receipt and for some odd reason they would not let me keep the gift card. I know for a fact I put 20$ in the card. Any other place would let me keep the gift card empty or not so it made no sense. Before that whole issue coming in they were very rude. When it came to doing my sisters nails they were very rushed. Did not do any prep or anything. This was for her birthday and she was excited. I told them it was her first time. They made it no where special and basically stole my money. I am very disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. Before speaking about the quality of their work, what I will say is that the staff when speaking in English displayed kind mannerisms and were polite. Regarding their workmanship, however they are sloppy. The person who did my acrylic rushed through the process and was extremely rough and buffed very firmly with the drill. I also noticed and advised there were several bumps in the acrylic or rivets after she completed her set although she did go back to fix some, if I did not call them out she did not bother to ensure the nail bed was smooth. Prior to receiving services I showed a picture to which I wanted nail art for my hands and feet. After they soaked off my dip set and have my nails prepped for their acrylic. I am told they are unable to do the nail art and I need to pick a new design. As this is happening, other people are coming in, and I am trying to look through their gel polish to find a new color. Unfortunately, they were standing over me very impatiently, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I also got a pedicure similar experience to receiving my nail set. The tech was unable to do the designs that I had shown her prior to sitting down to receive the pedicure. At the end of my experience, I went to pay total cost $128 . I advise the manager of the store that I was not happy with my experience. He just shoved the credit card machine in my face for me to pay. He did not care to hear why I was not happy with my experience. I will never visit this establishment again . read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Apparently they can't do french tips on certain days (even though they said on the phone they could) and I was told to come back tomorrow when I can't. When I said I would just do one color they had an attitude with me and became disrespectful. When removing my previous nails, the girl burnt me with the drill multiple times and when I said ouch she just laughed. After putting the nails on the lady got up and said I would have to wait for someone else to finish up to come do them. I had an appointment and told them when I got here I was under a time crunch. I had to wait another 30 minutes until someone came to finish my nails. Absolutely ridiculous I would never recommend coming here. I've gotten my nails done 100+ times before and never had a terrible experience until I came here. I walked in and they were very confusing about the price of basic manicure and when they started to do my manicure I had to ask them if they were doing a basic and they had forgotten and almost put gel on my nails had to remove it giving me attitude about not wanting gel. Then I had left and accidentally barely messed up my finger nails and I walk in and the manger yells at me that I should of listened to her about gel on my fingers and fixes it but doesn't clean up the mess after fixing it so it still looks messed up. read more

Need spa day Tiki Hubby and I went to our favorite for manicure and pedicure. This place is only place we go they take drop ins if able but we make appointments so we know they have room for us. They limit numbers and social distance, check temperature, ask all to hand sanitizers and of course all in masks and staff also in full face shields. Every piece of equipment and area is sanitized between customers. I even saw manager disinfecting the front door handle and all hand sanitizer pumps. Now on to the reason you want to come here. Large comfy pedi chairs, beverages offered, and choices of service, music to relax by, with videos to watch. All employees are great but I love Nana she is friendly and does one of the best manicures and pedicures. Great local service that we drive past many but worth the drive. read more

First and last time going here! I would not even give them one star if that was an option.If you expect to be treated fairly DO NOT GO HERE!! Got a polish change on my toes and dip on my nails. Service started out great! Sue was the tech that did my nails. Right before she applied the clear coat, I pointed out that there were white spots on several of my nails like the color had been buffed off. She told me she knew it would do that but forgot to tell me. She showed me that they mark all of the colors that did that with an X so they would know to tell the customer. She made this same comment several times throughout our conversation. I explained that I would not have chosen a color that was not true and cover well had she told me. She got upset and told me it wasn't a big deal. I told her it was a big deal to me. I asked her if she was charging me full price considering she knew the product was faulty and she got very defensive and rude almost to the point of yelling at me. She offered to redo the nails that we're messed up but when I accepted her offer she proceeded to raise her voice, almost to the point of yelling, saying, "OH MY GOD, ITS NOT A BIG DEAL!" and that I was just out for a discount and I probably always do this! By then I knew it was time to leave before things escalated. She handed us the computer to pay and told me to pay and get out. I noticed that she was under charging me so I did the right thing and brought it to her attention and as she was correcting the amount to her favor she proceeded to tell me again that I was just out for a discount and to pay and get out. If I was out for a discount I would have walked out paying the $45 that she was trying to charge me instead of the $75 that I knew I owed. SMH! BAD JOB AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

I was at firewheel and saw this place and decided I could just go here instead of my normal place because it was convenient. I walked in and everyone was busy except the guy at the counter. I got dip powder acrylic, tips were an extra $5 which I didn't mind. We sit down and the he begins on my nails. He was nice, but rough with my nails. It almost seemed like he just wanted to get this over so he could go back to what he was doing. He asks me what shape I want and I tell him coffin, and then he tells me coffin is $5 extra. At that point I regretted not going to my regular nail place. When he started with the budding block he was so rough and looked in a hurry.
