This was my first time at Roza, I picked them because of their stunning designs on fb. It was a great experience! Comfortable, friendly environment and stellar service all around. I would recommend them to anyone. I hadn't had my nails done in quite a while, so I wasn't quite sure what my reference photo entailed, but they talked it out with me and gave me an estimate based on our plan. I came here after seeing all the cute designs on their IG and was not disappointed!! This was the prettiest set I've ever gotten. I got a full set with builder gel and indulged myself with the deluxe pedicure, which was definitely worth it. I gave some inspo pics to the manicurist and she exceeded expectations. I'm so happy with the results! You can see the beautiful cat eye gel shimmering. The pedicurist did a wonderful and thorough job. I had a lot of calluses and broken nails from sports and he made them look all pretty again. The massage had really good pressure and the hot wax treatment was amazing. Definitely worth every penny! I used to work at Rosa Nails for 4 years, only had one ownership change. I loved all my bosses, they were very good to me. I only left because I was looking for a new industry to learn in. I got my nails done with Peter. I asked for long set with design and only a few jewels. No conversation was had, it was very much "get in, get out." Now, all shops and techs are different with policy and pricing. But I was completely unaware that there was a new ownership change, I thought it was my former bosses that just weren't physically there that day. Apparently, they will lie and just say they are "on vacation." I don't understand the point of lying on that. Witnessed him be quite dismissive to one woman that walked in to ask for a set and a pedicure. It didn't look like everybody was busy but it didn't seem like he was willing to make the exception to move things around and make time for her. I really expected my nails to be at MOST $70 - $85 or so. The design was nice, I like the shape but I have NO Apex (arch build) and they feel too thin for this length. At the end of the service, I 100% wasn't paying attention and that is on me but I did not know that my entire nail set was $100. What?! For no conversation, they didn't even tell me before we got the service started what the price would be. In ALL of my nail technician career, whether it is one service or multiple services, I have never not quoted someone before we got the service started to make sure that it is okay with them. This is where I get angry. I ended up giving him a $10 bill for a tip and obviously you write what you put down on your receipt for their copy. Well, NOPE. He thought it was a good idea to also take another $10 off of my card just because I wrote that so my entire charge was $110 plus my $10 given. I never should've tipped him, I will never come back here again this is highly disappointing. Complete scam and just embarrassing to my former workplace go so downhill. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! One female tech and one female doing the cures. There was a man there that started doing my nails and said he had been there for two days. I had a pedicure and dip nails. After two hours and 20 minutes, he started to finish my nails by painting them. However, they weren't finished. I called the owner over and she offered to fix. I explained that the girl she was working on waited an hour and I wasn't going to do that to her. I'm going back because I spent $$ on them in 2 days to get them fixed. They could return my money and I still would never return!!!! read more

Tao did a wonderful job on my acrylics! They also offer such beautiful nail designs but I decided to just get basic pink and white this time. I was not disappointed. I've already gotten 3 compliments on my nails! Her husband who co owns the place (his name is slipping my mind right now) was so professional and kind and made the whole experience 10/10. He was a great conversationalist and my pedicure was so relaxing. I cannot recommend this place enough, love love love it!
