Can I give zero stars? Came in and asked for a dip removal. I also called before & the said they were available. I sit down & the tech asked me to soak my nails in the bowl. I asked if she can wrap them with foil instead because I have bad eczema on my hands and that stuff dries and cracks my hands to the point of blood. She said it's ok I put oil in there so it won't dry out and I said no thank you I prefer to have them wrapped. She then got very rude and with a bunch of attitude said "fine then you can wait because I'm doing a pedicure right now" I said excuse me? How long will that take. Well I guess she talked to the owner that was there and quickly came to wrap my nails. Then she came back to take off the dip and boy was she rough. She asked me if I wanted my nails shorter I said yea just a little bit. She literally clipped everything off. I came there with my nails grown out so nice and she literally clipped them as short as possible. She didn't even ask how short I wanted them. No customer service skills at all. Also once I got into the car my dip was not all the way off. Would not recommend coming here, very crappy service and a lot of attitude. I usually go to rockwall to do my nails and will continue to go there for even a removal. I wanted to give this place a shot since they are local but should have listened to all the reviews before because they are right this place is not the place to go to. read more

After posting my original review. Either the owner or an employee that worked at the salon; reached out to me. He posted it as a "compliment" under the original review and I'm assuming deleted it (because it did not show up on the Yelp page but I could see it) "You do not like our service you can comment here. You are also Vietnamese and your family also doing nails. You can back us up to serve you best..!" When I first received this I was shocked. I contemplated for awhile if I should even respond. The level of unprofessionalism is just beyond me. I paid full price and tipped 20%; even though I left bleeding and one of my finger got infected. read more

Wish I got what i asked and paid for. Picked out the color with matching polish for pedicure... ended up with hot pink fingernails and fluorescent orange toe nails. then was argued with that they are the same color. Won't be coming back. read more

I'm visiting family from L.A., and I got the lavender pedicure. It. Was. Incredible! I've never had a pedicure as good as this in L.A.. It was so relaxing and luxurious. The atmosphere was perfect, and the service was excellent. There was never any pressure to add on throughout the service, and there were so many luxe details that didn't go unnoticed. The price was too good to be true. Definitely worth every penny! 10/10 would recommend and go again. read more

They will tell you they can do a design, then halfway through tell you they can't, but still make you pay full price. Badly handles issues and often forget to offer any drinks. They lack skill and if I could I'd rate lower I would, I'm never going back here again. Waisted 3 hours of my life that I'll never get back, and didn't even get good nails afterwards. Will not be returning after getting an infected toenail after cuticles being removed and having to say "ouch" multiple times. Location was not very clean. Dust everywhere. Don't think the AC was even on. Not a very professional atmosphere. My nail tech was wearing a baggy t shirt and leggings and was on her phone multiple times during my pedicure. More attention should be focused to the customer. read more

I had high hopes for this place because it's so close to my house, but unfortunately I won't be going back. I went in to get my Nexgen taken off & a mani/pedi. I ended up getting Nexgen again and that will probably be my last time, ever. The tech, My, kept the drill on high power the majority of the time he did my nails which resulted in multiple slips, going too far down on my cuticle, & uneven nails. I left this place bleeding. The woman who did my pedicure did an amazing job, all of the staff were pleasant, & the salon is super pretty/clean. Still not worth it. read more

I tried this place for a second time was far from pleased the first time but figured maybe it was just a bad day. Won't be back! They are always in a hurry to move to the next person. I loved the pedi the lady did amazing and was super kind. The guy that does the nails cut me twice with the drill and didn't understand I didn't want pointed square nails! ‍ I figured I'd get a wax too. Worst experience EVER! Took her Less then two min walked out paying $133 total $20 for a shit wax a that I could have done myself at home. She was rough and in a hurry. I paid for a service I expected to get it people come in to relax and walk of feeling good about themselves. I would definitely find a new person to do the brow wax! Disappointed but what can you expect from people who are just here to make a paycheck! If you don't enjoy your work enough to have a happy customer when it's all said and done maybe find a new profession. Just sayin! read more
