I had the pleasure of ending up at a party that used this food truck for their menu. This is soul food that warms and delights said soul. Best fried chicken I've ever had, collard greens that made my taste buds livid that I hadn't given them this treat before, and the most amazing brussels sprouts I've had to date ( and it's one of my favorite veggies, believe it or not) Find them. Eat everything. Enjoy the Winnebago, and the nice folks in it making those unbelievably delicious noms. Nice work, guys. My mouth is your biggest fan. Watch for fanmail.

Best fries ever. And I am picky about my fries!

Had my first Wyn65 experience at the Pride festival this weekend. My friend ordered the hot chicken sandwich and french fries. Lucky for me, she shared the fries. Frying potatoes in duck fat and seasoning with rosemary is the best idea anyone has probably ever had. The sandwich was pretty good too- I only tried a bite but my friend said it was worth the $11 even after they forgot her order for a while. The Lyn65 team made an awesome choice with this food truck and I can't wait to try more of its offerings in the future!

Lyn 65's food truck does not disappoint. They always have fried chicken, their killer cheeseburger and usually some other specials/sides. I find their prices very reasonable and their portions on the larger side. The service was quick and friendly. On my most recent visit I tried the bologna benedict because nearly every other option was sold out. The scratch made bologna tasted more like salami to me than bologna. Not necessarily a bad thing just different. The hollandaise was a little thin and could use a little more seasoning. The asparagus was also a little over cooked. I'm assuming they sousvided the eggs which were perfect. Overall this dish was still far superior than a lot of restaurants in town. I highly recommend checking them out on Sundays at the Kingfield farmers market or wherever else they may be.

Chicken was a bit bloody - per the crew it was something to do with it being a young chicken and bone marrow.

Had the food truck a little while earlier and the menu options looked great. Ordered 2 pieces of friend chicken with two sides. It all tasted great but upon taking a bite of the second piece there was some oozing red juice/blood(?). I tried to find a phone number so that I didn't have to talk to them with other waiting customers but since there wasn't one, I took it back out and tried to discreetly let the crew know. They stated it was because it was a young chicken, that this part was the bone marrow and that it was totally normal. They offered to replace the piece but I politely declined. I don't have much experience making fried chicken but it just didn't look right to me, or my coworkers. They offered to replace it and their sides (mac and cheese and baked beans) were good, so two stars... but there was no admission or apology.

a sandwich and a glass of beer

That bologna sandwich changed my life. Finally bologna is getting the respect it deserves.

Cool truck!

Giving it 3 stars because the burger was top notch and they delivered it to our table inside the taproom. The food selection was your standard rich fare, which I love: fries, curds, nachos, brisket, burger, poutine, wings, etc. We decided to split the curds with spicy honey sauce and the pork nachos plus fixings for $11 and $12. Everything was a couple more dollars than I'm used to for a food truck but after we got our dishes it made sense, the portions were overflowing! The nachos were a little too wet, taking away the crispiness of the buried chips, from the meat and cheese but at least there was a lot of meat. The fixings included pickled onions, jalapenos, lettuce, cilantro and a pico de gallo made of tomatoes and peppers. The combination of the onions, unique pico and meat was super tasty. On the other hand I enjoyed the curds less. They were overcooked, hopefully a one off, and something about the breading consistently wasn't right. The outside was too crispy and inside there was an excessive amount of air pockets separating the thick outside breading from the cheese inside. I would have preferred a lighter coating, perhaps this could be their style.

The menu on the truck was updated with correct inventory and ordering was easy. Pro tip- there's a cash discount! I ordered a large pizza to go half cheese half pepperoni and was satisfied. It was a nice thin crust and came out of the oven hot. Tons of cheese, cracked red pepper, and silverware available, but you had to ask for napkins which was odd.

Excellent Italian eats on wheels - 5 stars!…read more Mario's is now one of my favorite food trucks. I caught up with them today at Aegir Brewing in Elk River, MN. I sampled 3 items from Mario's, an appetizer (Ciabatta Parm Bites), a small 8" pizza (Meat Eaters), and a dessert (Classic Cannoli). Every bite of my food was wonderful. And judging from the number of people lining up to get food, many other people agree with me. The employees at the brewery were also grabbing food and raving about Mario's. Yum! As a final note (to avoid confusion), this truck is NOT the same business as the bricks n' mortar restaurant in Watertown. The truck is an independent business that simply licensed the name from the restaurant several years ago. I had a nice conversation with the owner and he explained it to me. I don't hand out many 5 star reviews but Mario's deserves it. I highly recommend trying this truck if it's in your area. Thumbs up! -Maxx

I tried one with a mix of the coconut curry (mild) and garlic chili (hot) sauces. Ooh it was delicious! Soft and flavorful with the coconut and spicy tastes combining nicely. I decided to take some samosas to go and they were very yummy as well. I would love to get their frozen momos next time to take home and enjoy. I tried the veggie ones but they also have chicken and lamb. My friend bought a jar of their coconut curry sauce. The folks running the food truck were very friendly (including Subash the founder) and the bright orange shirts were a clever idea to stand out. Can't wait to try them again!

We get the frozen chicken momo's with two jars of the coconut curry sauce. I make them with basmati rice and spinach. Makes for an epic dinner!
