Good food truck. Stopped by here and the food was good. Thanks for reading this review, I hope this helps with future decisions. Have a great day! read more

Checked this place out tonight while at a local Brewery. I was a bit taken aback when I approached the counter and the woman working very passive aggressively responded "we close in 4 minutes" when I asked her a question about the menu. Luckily, a super nice gentlemen overheard and was quick to kindly answer our questions and help us. I get it they were closing, but no need to be so annoyed with customers. Sigh. If it wasn't for the nice man over compensating the sass from female worker, I would've given them a 3. That's how turned off I was. Ok now the good stuff- the food! I had the fried chicken sandwich with a side of Mac n cheese. YUM. The chicken was thick cut and very juicy. The breading was the perfect ratio to the chicken and not too thick, salty, or crunchy. The slaw in the bottom and the sauce on top were great! The Mac n cheese was also amazing and I ate every last bite of my meal. It was a bit pricey in my opinion. $11 for the sandwich. But then again, all food trucks are a bit over priced if you ask me. read more

Food was so so. The folks behind this food truck I'm sure are working hard but the price tag did not match what was served. In case you were wondering, it was a fried chicken beans veggies bowl for $14. Healthy portions of meat in the small bowl but blandness unfortunately overall. read more

I had the pleasure of ending up at a party that used this food truck for their menu. This is soul food that warms and delights said soul. Best fried chicken I've ever had, collard greens that made my taste buds livid that I hadn't given them this treat before, and the most amazing brussels sprouts I've had to date ( and it's one of my favorite veggies, believe it or not) Find them. Eat everything. Enjoy the Winnebago, and the nice folks in it making those unbelievably delicious noms. Nice work, guys. My mouth is your biggest fan. Watch for fanmail. read more

I almost judged this book by its cover (80s Winnebago) but I'm glad I didn't because the fried chicken sandwich and side of collard greens I had while at Indeed Brewing Co was disarming. So much so I haven't washed my hands in between eating and reviewing this mobile culinary vendor. If you order the chicken sandwich, it can be prepared as regular or hot - I recommend the palatable hot. This was the juiciest white meat juxtaposed on some of the crunchiness almost pebble-like breading I've had to date. Comes on an well-proofed bun (you'll need it to rise above the pooling runoff) and a scoop of juicy 'merican coleslaw. Helluva sandwich. Pair with some damn-good collard greens or any of their other sides which I'm sure are all delightful. read more

Wyn 65 is a win in my book. I was a bit disappointed when I walked up to the truck because they were out of fried chicken. It was late in the day, I get it. BUT! The burger I had was spectacular! The service was friendly and the food came out relatively fast. I had a burger and yams that were smothered in a Sriracha maple syrup glaze. Absolutely delicious. All four of the friends I was with had similar experiences to my own. I can say for sure that if I ever see Wyn 65 around again I'll be walking up to the window. read more

Had my first Wyn65 experience at the Pride festival this weekend. My friend ordered the hot chicken sandwich and french fries. Lucky for me, she shared the fries. Frying potatoes in duck fat and seasoning with rosemary is the best idea anyone has probably ever had. The sandwich was pretty good too- I only tried a bite but my friend said it was worth the $11 even after they forgot her order for a while. The Lyn65 team made an awesome choice with this food truck and I can't wait to try more of its offerings in the future! read more

Wyn 65 - Best fries ever. And I am picky about my fries! - Food Trucks Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Lyn 65's food truck does not disappoint. They always have fried chicken, their killer cheeseburger and usually some other specials/sides. I find their prices very reasonable and their portions on the larger side. The service was quick and friendly. On my most recent visit I tried the bologna benedict because nearly every other option was sold out. The scratch made bologna tasted more like salami to me than bologna. Not necessarily a bad thing just different. The hollandaise was a little thin and could use a little more seasoning. The asparagus was also a little over cooked. I'm assuming they sousvided the eggs which were perfect. Overall this dish was still far superior than a lot of restaurants in town. I highly recommend checking them out on Sundays at the Kingfield farmers market or wherever else they may be. read more

Had the food truck a little while earlier and the menu options looked great. Ordered 2 pieces of friend chicken with two sides. It all tasted great but upon taking a bite of the second piece there was some oozing red juice/blood(?). I tried to find a phone number so that I didn't have to talk to them with other waiting customers but since there wasn't one, I took it back out and tried to discreetly let the crew know. They stated it was because it was a young chicken, that this part was the bone marrow and that it was totally normal. They offered to replace the piece but I politely declined. I don't have much experience making fried chicken but it just didn't look right to me, or my coworkers. They offered to replace it and their sides (mac and cheese and baked beans) were good, so two stars... but there was no admission or apology. read more

Wyn 65 - Chicken was a bit bloody - per the crew it was something to do with it being a young chicken and bone marrow. - Food Trucks Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

My boyfriend and I picked up the honey lemonade and the pork belly BLT - sooooo good! Legitimately one of the best sandwiches we've ever had and the lemonade was so fresh and tasted amazing. Unfortunately we're from Texas so we can't come back a lot, but we'll definitely try to hit this up again when we're back!! My boyfriend said the sandwich is one of the best things he's eaten in a long time read more

Wyn65 catered our wedding and it was by far the best catering experience we have ever had. We are wedding photographers, so we eat a lot of wedding food and interact with many caterers. Wyn65 was the best wedding food we've ever had and the service was unbelievable. They let us choose our own menu with virtually no guidelines, they let us choose our service style and they supplied everything we needed. They also did our bar for the wedding. To save some money, we chose to have his & hers cocktails instead of a full bar, along with beer and wine. The cocktails were so pretty and tasted delicious. Everything was reasonably priced and we loved that we could customize everything. They even used honey from my husband's uncle's bees in the honey butter and cocktails. Each and every staff member was kind and helpful and they were all very genuine people. Now, whenever a client asks us for catering recommendations, Wyn65 will be the first name out of our mouths. read more

Chicken sandwich for the win! Love the creamy coleslaw that they put on it. Chicken is nicely breaded and very juicy ... why can I never cook chicken breast like that?? Huge too! Delicious! Side of mac n cheese was delicious as well. Sure, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. (Had this at Wild Mind Artisan Ales last Thurs, but guessing they go all over) read more

Wow. Best food truck in the weekday downtown lunch scene. The Soul Fuel Bowl with slow-cooked pork literally melted in my moth and the fresh green sauce was bomb. They even threw in some fried chicken , and I'm considering getting some more even though I'm sitting here perfectly stuffed. Aggressively recommending this for catering options at work next time I get a chance. read more

First time trying this place. They were downtown during lunch. The coleslaw was not consumable, it tasted as if the vinegar soured the cream. The Mac n Cheese was edible but the chicken was tough as if it were made, frozen then remade. Not impressed which is disappointing to say the least. Not to mention I wasted what little lunch time I had for food that was not pleasurable. read more

Tried the pimento mac and cheese for $6. No pimento and the portion size was a single layer on the bottom of a 3" by 5" square bowl. The cheese sauce was good but nothing special. We were planning on trying a couple other items but the mac & cheese was so disappointing and overprice, we decided to go home a microwave a tamale which blew away the mac & cheese. read more

Decided to give this unique looking food truck a try after tasting a few of the brews at Wild Mind Ales. Boy did they steal the show! The fried chicken was great. Juicy and crispy but not too greasy. The Mac and cheese was good but it was the Korean BBQ Brussel sprouts that really shined! So damn tasty. My girlfriend, who hates Brussel sprouts, couldn't get enough of them. Next time I see their truck I won't think twice about running up to make an order. read more

Sorry, this is the 3rd time the food truck came to the UCare campus and I finally tried them out. I was sadly disappointed by their pricing for the portions given. I specifically asked if I was going to get a chicken breast and told (YES) so I ordered chicken and one side for $9.00 I'll just say they provided a toddler size portion of mac and cheese and one third portion of chicken breast. The food was tasty but definitely not worth the price. read more
