This place is one floor up from the entrance floor. Walking into to store they definitely blessed us with an 80/90s hits mix which definitely is uplifting. The ordering process was very modern with the electronic display. The presentation of the egg flips were pretty cool. Let me tell you went I bit into this sandwich I felt nirvana. Egg Flip in the skyway is a solid option if you want a cheap large breakfast. they have a fairly sizable amount of seating for a small storefront. Since orders are placed using the automated touch-screen system, it can be a little difficult to customize your order. We got the Egg & Ham bowl and the Eggs & Bulgogi. The eggs were perfectly cooked, but I wish to gochujang flavor had been stronger. The bowl was mostly tater tots, so while filling wasn't particularly exciting. I also know the menu says shredded mozzarella, but whether from melting or using a different cheese (maybe that was the egg sauce??), what I got was more like yellow queso. Overall fine, but I am not in a rush to go back, and if I did, I would probably go for an egg sandwich. read more

The burrito is pretty large and has hashbrowns, eggs and a generous amount of bulgogi. It is on the sweeter side so I wish I had added some spicy mayo to counter the sweetness. They do have hot sauce packets to go, which is a nice touch, so I used some of those. I could only finish half the burrito, it was good but a little loosely wrapped. I've gotten Egg Flip a few times and enjoyed the food every time! It's a cute little spot with wonderful art. The service is quick and they have self service kiosks to make orders go quicker. It was also within walking distance from the State Theater where I was for a day and had a break for lunch. Once you find the place it is pretty straight forward. This little honey pot was a delight. However, I will tell you to arrive early to get good parking since they are located in the Skyway. Also, make sure you bring your appetite because Egg Flip will not disappoint. I had heard from a few that Egg Flip was a hidden gem and great for breakfast so I had to see for myself. My fiancee and I got up early and went to see if this would make the list of breakfast restaurants I would like to frequent. The food was really good, I ordered the sausage turkey, and my other half ordered The Flip. We were pleasantly surprised the food didn't take long to come out. Also, it looked delicious, so the taste and the looks aligned with one another so that was great. This is an establishment I would definitely add to my list of great breakfast restaurants. Now the pros are they have many options, service is good, and food comes out fairly quickly. The cons are like most other Skyway restaurants, they do not have a bathroom in close proximity, parking is almost impossible unless you come early, and there's not a lot of seating. Although the menu looks delicious and the logo and packaging are incredibly adorable!, the food lacks so much flavor, and the tots were so greasy, hard, and overcooked that they were inedible. The sandwich tasted pretty bland and the turkey sausage tasted off, (cheap or overcooked i couldn't quite tell which), and the bread took up most of the sandwich. The best part of the meal was the fountain drink- which should tell you a lot. The staff are extremely kind, and the restaurant isn't dirty- but the food was, (for lack of better words), awful. When you finally get to the skyway, it's located right off the elevator and easily accessible. You order from a kiosk but the menu is right next to you on the wall and is very easy to read and understand. I ordered the flip sandwich with tots and a drink and the sandwich was good but the tots were the worse ones I have ever had. The food comes out pretty quickly . There is a few tables to dine in at but it looks like it was created for takeout. The restaurant is clean and modern.
