I went in to get a full set, first time getting my nails done in months. I wasn't greeted by anyone walking in, just pointed to a color book. I waited for 25 minutes before the lady doing my nails introduced herself and showed me to my chair. She proceeded to take an hour and a half on shaping my nails (This was the mom of the owner). She cut my finger on the side while filing, and I immediately pulled my hand away because of how bad it hurt. I told her I'm going to go rinse my finger off with water and she proceeded to grab my hand and tell me no. She goes "no my medicine work great it stop bleeding", then proceeds to pull out a bottle that looked like a nail glue bottle, but with green liquid inside. I asked her if I could see what the ingredients were as I'm not one to let people but foreign substances on my open wounds, she said "no this help", not allowing me to see the ingredients. I continue to try and tell her I don't want that on my finger, I'd rather wash it out, and she told me if I go wash it out it will ruin my nails (which had only still been shaped at this point no polish at all). She put it on without my consent while I was trying to ask her to stop. She told me "I never cut hand before you first one promise, won't happen again". THIS IS INSANE. I got in at 6 and didn't leave till 9pm I was the last client. She switched me over to her daughter for the design, and the whole time she was standing behind me watching. Creepy! She'd make comments to her daughter which only gave off a victim mentality, and her daughter would speak to her like a child. "It's okay you didn't do anything wrong just go sit down I'll finish" constantly. They said they'd discount me for cutting my hand, and I still ended up paying $90. CRAZY. They cut my finger while trimming my cuticles (not a big deal by itself) but then didn't use any precautions when cleaning up the blood from my hand. No gloves, no disinfectant, no hand washing after. Just wiped it with a paper towel and added clotting powder to it. Handling blood like that certainly left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming to both me and my male friend. Great variety of polishes to choose from. Everything looked very clean and well maintained. I have gone here several times. It is hit or miss when it comes to the service they provide. I have left feeling great and pampered. But I have also left in tears due to them cancelling on me because a worker didn't come in to work, and this was the day before I was graduating. They didn't even apologize or offer to reschedule my appointment, they just made me leave. But, I have gotten good quality nails from the, especially Queen for acrylics. read more

Went here because a friend recommended it! Nice people but they overwork themselves and can't focus on the customer they have in front of them. Somehow the lady sped through the appointment, cutting me in multiple places and giving me crappy acrylic nails, all while I was having to wait so long for her to run around and go work on other clients. She forgot we had talked about a design so she quickly put on top coat and then blamed me for not telling her I wanted a design, when we had talked about it the hour before and I showed her a picture. I had an appointment for a gel manicure. This was my first time at Wynn and I had heard positive things. It was a busy Saturday at noon and I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get in since the salon was packed with all technicians busy. My nail tech was the most unprofessional woman I have ever met; non stop talk about her personal life and checking her text messages. She is pregnant and no doubt there is much to share when you are almost ready to have a baby, but it should be basic professional knowledge not to share everything with someone you do not know! Not everyone comes to a salon for a "therapy session" as she put it. To top it off I specifically mentioned I had shaped my left nails and they did not need to be filed, just a cuticle clean up is all I needed. She proceeded to file the nails, after I mentioned it and so I let her continue so they would not be uneven. Needless to say, I can file my nails better than this woman did. If I go back I will be sure to mention that I will not have my nails done by that woman. Some people need a large dose of self-awareness! read more

My girlfriend and I came here after a day of shopping to get pedicures to match our new shoes. We called around 5 and they said we could come in now. We sat down for our pedicures and right away they were both a little aggressive and very fast paced. But the real problem was with my nail tech. She was doing fine until it came to cutting my cuticles. She cut it so deep I bled for another 15-20 minutes. During this time I was continually bleeding she was painting my other foot while wiping the blood off my toe with a dry cloth. Eventually it became too painful after continuous wiping and pressure she was putting on my bleeding toe(ALL WHILE NOT WEARING GLOVES BTW). So i told her i was done. I asked her if she could finish painting the foot she started and to leave the bleeding one alone and that I would paint it at home (you know when it stopped bleeding) She began arguing with me about how I should stay and just let her finish. She was extremely pushy and kept saying things like "this happens all the time" and "you just have thin cuticles" I've gotten pedicures all my life and i have NEVER bled that bad. I've been nipped a couple times but never to the point of excessive bleeding. My girlfriend and I were becoming extremely agitated because as she was finishing the foot i asked she kept pushing to finish my other foot most likely so she could charge for her shitty job. She also said "look you should let me finish it's not even bleeding anymore" WHILE she was still holding cloth to my still bleeding toe. Then when she wouldn't listen to me and my requests my girlfriend jumped in and just asked for a bandaid. Without washing her hands the nail tech grabbed a bandaid and touched every part of the white cloth that would be going on my open scrape. When we asked for a different bandaid she began getting mad saying she wore gloves when we clearly could see she didn't. She gaslit us, continually pushed me to stay even after multiple attempts of telling her i was done. She even went as far as to say "well i don't want you walking out of here with only one foot painted." Well i would honestly rather walk out with busted feet than to pay you for literally cutting my foot. read more

Overbooking is common practice. Mis-quoted prices and when we questioned them about it they came back and slammed the customer- brought my daughter to tears! The mother was a joy but overshadowed by her daughter's continued remarks about how overbooking was her mothers fault and numerous other negative statements. This place had so much potential- first time was great- but would NEVER return. read more

Getting an appointment was a piece of cake. I went to their website and made an appointment through their online booking system. Showed up to my appointment and was seen right away. The pedicure service provided was awesome. I just received a traditional gel pedicure. The individual who completed my nails was super nice and thorough with her treatment and massage. The pedicure was a little pricier than other places I've gone before but you get great service and outcome for the price that you pay. Would come again. read more
