My daughter was looking for a larger vehicle for an expected child. After looking at trucks online for days we picked out a few trucks at multiple car lots / dealerships that would suit her needs. We had settled on one in rocky mount. We planned to go back and buy it the next day as it was getting late in the evening. On our way back home, my daughter found one that she wanted to look at before heading back to rocky mount. So glad we decided to go look at one more. This dealership knows how to conduct themselves and talk to the customer. Not like just another sale but as if we were close friends having a conversation. This dealership is by far the best one I have been to in many years maybe the best one to date. I love the personalization and the feeling that you are dealing with a company and people that cares. You can buy vehicles on every corner in every town, but you will not get the same attention or feel as welcome anywhere like Odem Ford. I truly believe they would be just as happy to talk with you as to sell a vehicle to you.
