Was ok. I wasn't feeling the heavy metal music but then again, certain areas.... The drink I ordered tasted like regular juice, without the alcohol. The bartender didn't look too friendly, she didn't. I made the most of it and enjoyed playing the game even tho I suck.

I just love this place. Maybe I'm biased because it is so close to my home And because I bowl in a league there. And I bowl there every Sunday morning. And sometimes during the week. But whatever the reason, I just love this place. I started bowling with a friend for fun over winter and got to know the staff(Gloria), who told us there was an opening in their wed night mixed league. We decided to go for it and are so happy we did! We are the "new guys" in the league, but everyone is so nice and supportive even if we aren't great bowlers! It is WAY more fun than I anticipated, I look forward to it every week and started going Sunday morning for the 9-12 special, which is a bargain! They have a bar, and a food service area too. The chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks are quite tasty, and they have pizzas there too. I haven't used the pro shop but I hear they have one of those too! I love bowling here, and so happy to have gotten into a league! Makes me want to watch The Big Lebowski!

I don't frequently bowl, but I do enjoy bowling so I decided to go to Wynnewood Lanes today with a few friends. First, Wynnewood Lanes is a very interesting looking building. It is very long and rectangular and has some interesting designs on it. Further, they have an indoor parking lot that connects to a stair-well. Once inside, you get the whole feel of Wynnewood Lanes. While it's pretty retro, it serves its purpose. I went up to the front desk and was kindly greeted by a lady who assigned me to lane #4, which was especially nice as it was mostly away from Birthday parties. Once I was at lane #4, the staff had already set up our first game with all of our names, which was very nice. I wish we were able to practice our bowling while we waited for our friends to come, but they had plenty of other entertainment available. First, they had a nice, large TV on showing the AFC Wild Card Game, a snack bar and even a full service bar. I heard from another member of my party that the wine was pretty solid. Finally, they also had a couple of vending machines selling snacks and drinks. They also had a vending machine selling gear including Wynnewood Lanes shirts. Finally, around the center of Wynnewood Lanes is a mini-arcade with arcade games like air hockey and what looked to be mini-rides. The actually bowling was very fun. While the variety of balls weren't great, most of the balls were of good quality. The lanes were nice and sleek as they were obviously constantly oiled and maintained. I do wish the animations once you got a strike or spare were a bit more interesting, but it was not too big of a detail to me. Altogether, Wynnewood Lanes is a great place to get together with friends and family to have a great time bowling!

Just arrived for some afternoon fun to break up the monotony of all that's going on in the country.

I'm not really sure why some people have negative reviews. I've been to WL on 2 different occasions and both times I was treated well. Even after the election a few weeks ago. Lol. They let me use a coupon and gave my son a brand new blue ball to play with because it matched his Giants cap. I have no complaints.

24 Lanes, Computerized Scoring, and has a Pro Shop. Also has a snack bar and a full service bar, with liquor and beer. There are lots of flyers for leagues so if you are looking to join they have openings on most days and nights. I have been in a league for over 15 years at this location. Like most other lanes you can rent shoes and use a house ball if you do not own one. Look on their website for open bowling, they usually run a deal on Sunday Mornings, where you can rent a lane for a few hours. Rock n' Bowl is also fun and that usually happens on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Nights. Also on holidays. If your looking for something to do make sure to check out Wynnewood Lanes!

Pinball Gallery has limited hours, mostly in the afternoon and evenings several days per week. Prices for hourly and all-day play were reasonable. At entry are the newer pinball machines. These are not included with admission, but are set to coin-play, and it benefits the Multiple Sclerosis Society. The selection of machines was overall excellent with the majority of machines being from 1980's to present, with a handful of other older machines also available. Standout machines included The Shadow and three different Black Knight machines, but I also had fun playing JAWS. Pinball Gallery also has older arcade games and retro video game consoles, and compared to a previous visit, the arcade games were in much better condition. Almost every pinball machine was in good condition and the staff were helpful when one of the machines needed a ball jam cleared. Pinball Gallery is absolutely worth a stop when in the area, and is the best pinball arcade in the Philadelphia metro area.

Thankfully, I didn't notice it until after I had finished eating, but it was still pretty shocking. One of the staff members noticed I looked upset and asked if I was okay. I told him what I had seen, then went to the front desk to ask for the manager because I felt they needed to know. The manager came over to my table, and I explained what I had seen. He said they would call pest control to take care of the issue. I appreciate that the staff took my concern seriously, but seeing a mouse inside the dining area was very unsettling. I hope they resolve the problem quickly I am updating my review to include further issues with my visit. Their website is misleading; it advertises $5 cocktails and beer during the soccer game, but upon arrival, I was told only Miller Lite draft was available for $5. Additionally, while there was a big screen for soccer, there was no sound because they were playing a fight game on an adjacent screen, making it a poor place to watch soccer. I also had issues with promotions and billing: Promotions: I previously asked staff about the free game chips mentioned on the receipt, but no one seemed to know how to redeem them. I determined to find out this time and again the manager was there to ask and he kindly explained how I could redeem before closing bill and after closing bills... Billing Discrepancies: The 15% Military/First Responder discount was calculated incorrectly. Based on the subtotal of $25.99 (before the discount), a 15% discount should have been approximately $3.90, yet only $3.15 was applied. Tip calculations was wrong as well

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!
