They performed a wash, decontam and polish prior to applying the 5 year Duraslic HG coating. They buffed out a few scratches that accumulated since the vehicle purchase as well. The coating looks fantastic, really pops the paint and I can't wait to check out the hydrophobic and oleophobic effects in the rain and first wash! No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal. They went above and beyond and gave the interior of my car a light detail and vacuum as well. It does take awhile for him to get you scheduled but that's because he's so backlogged. But you really can't beat the competitive prices he offers, since he doesn't have the same overhead as other brick and mortar places. I shopped around and his prices are about 50% cheaper. I initially called to get my 2015 Hyundai SanteFe (3rd Row included) detailed, so I could return it as my lease is ending. After 3 years and two kids, you can imagine the condition it was in (candy and stains on the seating) pine needles everywhere, it was in pretty rough shape. In addition, we had never gotten it detailed. I mean what's the point, with it being used and abused. After 3.5 hours of work, he had that shining and smelling brand new. I was really impressed. If you care about your car, AVOID! I took my Tesla Model 3 back to Kyler after the paint protection…read morefilm he applied less than a year ago started bubbling and peeling off the front bumper. Instead of doing it the right way and replacing the entire film, they did a hack job by cutting and patching a small piece that replaced just the problem area. There is visible bubbling on the new film and new, obvious seams and cut marks where the patch was made. Unacceptable. If that wasn't bad enough already, I had also agreed to Kyler's recommendation of doing a level 2 ceramic rejuvenation and that wasn't performed correctly either! When I arrived to pick up the car the bug splats on the hood from when I dropped the car off were still there, making it pretty obvious that little attention was paid to cleaning the car and that no ceramic restoration was done. The hairline scratches and swirls in the paint that I was told would be removed by the detail were also still present. Yet they still tried to charge me $459! Kyler was unreachable when I went to pick up the car and he ignored my texts and phone calls when I tried to amicably reach out and work with him to figure out next steps to make this right. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen and I want to give Kyler the benefit of the doubt, but given that it has been days and he has ignored my reach outs to work with him to resolve this, I get the impression that Kyler doesn't care about his customers nor stand behind his work. Major communication issues have also been present both times I've taken my car to Kyler. The first time I had paint protection film applied I was told the car would be ready by 3:30 PM and after arriving at that time I had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs until 5 PM because they were running behind. I received no heads up about this, which is frustrating after taking a $50 / 40 minute Uber to pick up the car. This past week when I went to pick up the car after the film repair, the same thing happened! I even told Kyler that I have to arrange transportation to get the car so I would appreciate good communication. On Tuesday I was told the car would be done by Friday morning; on the morning of Friday I reached out and was told that car would be done by 12-12:30 (that's not morning, but fine). When I showed up at 12:30 I had to wait another 30 minutes because the car was still not done, had bugs spats on it, and they were rushing to make it look presentable. Again, there was no proactive communication or heads up regarding the delay from Kyler. The consistency of this behavior leads me to believe that this is a common occurrence, so be aware.

I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM on 8/4 for what should have been a straightforward process. Instead, I was treated to a masterclass in disorganization, zero internal communication, and passive-aggressive customer service. It starts the second you walk in. The front desk lady (whom I'll call Karen) was standoffish, rude, cold, and completely disorganized. They apparently don't use a scheduling system because I had to give her my full name, phone number, appointment time, and the reason I was there. She had no clue who I was meeting with, so she sent me to a guy at a nearby desk. I then had to repeat everything I had just told Karen to him--even though she was standing ten feet away. He also had no idea who I was. Finally, Howard (the person I actually booked with over the phone) came over from the next table. When I originally set up the appointment on 7/28, I gave them the exact make, model, and year of my vehicle --so they had all the details well in advance. Howard asked if I wanted additional work done while they had it, so I agreed to a full detail, which pushed my pickup to the next day (8/5). Completely fair. What isn't fair is the complete lack of basic automotive foresight. At 9:16 AM, I got a text saying the two tires needed more work than expected. I approved it by 9:31 AM, and they confirmed at 10:11 AM. Then... radio silence until 12:02 PM, when my point of contact texted asking for my wheel lock key. I admitted I didn't know what that was, but here's a thought: wouldn't it behoove a professional auto shop to ask about the vital key required to remove my tires when I booked the appointment on 7/28, or when I dropped the car off at 8:30 AM? So, at 12:30 PM--four hours after drop-off--they hadn't even started on my car. Howard called to ask if he could drive to the local dealership to get a key. Shortly after, he informed me the dealership would have to order the part (3-5 days out). Realizing Park Place Auto Salon is completely incompetent, I decided I was done. I texted Howard the next morning (8/5) letting him know I was cancelling the detail and picking up my car at 8:00 AM. I showed up at 8:00 AM. Howard was late and nowhere to be found. I was left waiting with Karen, who--true to form--was cold, unbothered, and didn't even offer me a seat, water, or coffee while I waited. When Howard finally rolled in, he went to check on the car, came back, and asked me, "Do you need the car today?" ...It's MY car! Why is that even a question?! He pulled the car around and casually mentioned he left the tire caps off so the dealership could see the wheel lock. I had to explicitly ask him to put my car back together and put the caps back on. To top it off, as I was leaving, he had the nerve to ask if I was "even going to go to the dealership." Brother, it doesn't matter what I do next. You messed up, wasted everyone's time, and showed a total lack of professionalism from start to finish. I remained polite through the entire nightmare, but this business is a joke. Avoid Park Place Auto Salon at all costs.

The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

Every shop I spoke with said the same thing: the paint was done incorrectly, most likely outside, and nowhere near industry standards. To make matters worse, parts of my bumper were glued together even though I brought every component separately and had already test-fit everything myself. There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.
