I really did like this company until recently. I emailed a few times recently asking why no one has came to my house since January as I was on a bimonthly schedule and never got a response. I called to find out no one was working in my area anymore and was told "if you have to go elsewhere that's fine"rather than helping a paying customer get service. Disappointing that I had no idea of this and got no communication on it what so ever. It's ok to have things happen but maybe next time try to communicate with those who rely on you as a business so we're not waiting and wondering. read more

This company literally ghosted us. Tech moved to Texas and they just never sent anyone but kept emailing schedule confirmations. Called multiple times and emailed and no one answered. I finally got someone and they said they weren't sure if they were going to continue out here because Josh, the tech, left. I asked why no one called to let me know and he just said I don't have anything to do with that. So disappointing!! read more

James saved me today. Today my neighbor came knocking on my door saying that he got stung my bees while cleaning his pool. He noticed that the bees came from my backyard. When I took a look, there was clusters of aggressive bees hanging from the light socket on my porch. So I called around to get someone to come get rid of bees. Josh took my call. At first he said they were fully booked for day. I asked if they can do it today so Josh squeezed me in with one of tech in the area. James came 20 minutes later. He put on his suit and started. The fight was fierce. James got stung couple times but the fight continued. James did such a thorough job. He made sure that he got all the bees. He removed the light socket and puffed them real good in all the holes. He said to give him a call a week later if the bee comes back. This service has a 60 days warranty. Thank you James and Josh. This company was great when I hired them 2 years ago. Then their tech moved out of state and they continually book my scheduled service and nobody shows up even after I have confirmed. I've called numerous times & sent emails and I'm told someone will come and again no show. I haven't had service since in 6 months. I've left messages for the owner and they don't even call back.
