Horrible communication. They gave me a 2 hour window for the service then no-showed. I work 60-70 hour weeks usually, it was my one day off and had a lot of errands and chores to do, and moved around appointments and other responsibilities to be home for two hours waiting for them. Disrespectful and flippant of wasting people's time, just asking I 'reschedule'. Which I did, with another company. Unless you have the luxury of sitting around at home all day waiting for them to show, don't bother.
