I DO NOT recommend this company. My most recent service was so poorly done that I ultimately canceled my account. I specifically requested exterior service only and asked that all of the traps in my garage be replaced. I was home during the entire service and personally observed the technician quickly spray one area of the backyard. The front of my house and another side of the property were not treated as requested. I also have a doorbell camera that never even went off, further confirming that the front entrance area was not serviced. On top of that, only two of the garage traps were replaced, while another trap near the entrance from the garage into my home was completely missed. What made the experience even worse was how management handled my complaint. I received a call from **Operations Manager Jacob Mikkelsen** regarding my concerns. Rather than simply acknowledging what I was reporting and arranging to have the incomplete service redone, he immediately became defensive of the technician, telling me that he knew the technician and that he had been in the industry for 20 years. That response was incredibly frustrating because the technician's years of experience had nothing to do with what occurred at my home. **I was home during the service and personally observed what was and was not done.** I wasn't asking management to debate me or defend their employee. I was asking them to correct a service that I paid for and that was not completed properly. After the conversation continued to focus on defending the technician rather than addressing my concerns, I told Jacob to cancel my service because at that point I no longer wanted another technician sent to my home. His response was simply an attitude-filled "all right." There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation, and seemingly no concern whatsoever that a longtime customer was canceling because of the quality of service and the way the complaint was handled. Since the acquisition, I have also noticed more bugs and scorpions in my garage, something I NEVER had an issue with when EcoGen was servicing my home. EcoGen used to be amazing--thorough, reliable, and a company I was genuinely happy to use. The difference since Las Vegas Pest Control took over has been incredibly disappointing. Poor service is one thing; having an operations manager become defensive and dismissive when a customer brings a legitimate concern to his attention is another. I canceled my service and will gladly take my business elsewhere. I cannot and DO NOT recommend Las Vegas Pest Control.
