Service was ridiculous. Completely rude. Unreasonable policy of no returns or exchanges - even on unworn leather lingerie. Unable to try on so of course the wrong size was purchased. Tried to reason with the many males behind the counter - they weren't listening or attempting to rectify the situation just repeatedly stated "all sales final." Don't waste your time here everything's ridiculously overpriced anyways. Numerous times before I would feel like the men there were eye rapping me. Over populated by low income heterosexuals couples who still giggle by the thought of rear end intercourse. It's nothing like what the (Hollywood & Western) or (Santa Monica & Highland) location used to be. the owner is used to hiring mostly homophobes and they're gay selection is very limited. This place will make you get a murder charge. I was in the arcade and there are these little small holes too small to put any thing through but you can see into the next booth. It's paper towels stuffed in these holes. Someone pushed the towel through and blew a HUGE cloud of meth into my booth. I had to hold my breath and run out. This store is only good for buying the products. Products seem well sealed and clean. The employee at the cashier register is very helpful. I bought a vibratory and he even gave me free batteries to go with it. It's very awkward in there. It's very silent, and out of the 5 times I've Been there, 2 of those times I was the only one in the building. The other three times I went, there were 3 or less people there as well. But they were all shopping and the video booths were untouched. The video jerk off booths are out in the open right in plain sight so nobody would feel comfortable going there and watching moves or doing whatever because it's not behind a closed door like most video arcades are.
